Grooming Parlor

They are awesome Jose is super nice and does the cut you want for your pup, his assistant is very nice as well, they get the job done quickly and call you when pup is ready so you can go do other things..( there is a bakery/ cafe a jewel and a great thrift store near by )There are about 5 grooming places near my house but I prefer to drive 20 minutes away, the price is great most places charge 55$/60$

I have been going to this groomer for the last 20 years. I have to say that I’ve had a very good experience. My figs love going there. My dogs are comfortable going there. One of my dogs knows the routine. She just jumps into the cage. The owner is very nice. He is very professional and is very knowledgeable of his craft. You have to be there right when they open. There is nothing wrong with that.

Very unprofessional! Overpriced and not worth the money at all, my dog smells like they never bathed her and only shaved her hair off. The man aggressively suggested that she needs to be in at 8am, we are a walk in client, if he couldn’t do it he could have refused the service. He stated that they close at 1pm daily because "he has things to do". Online shows 3pm closing time. $90 to have her look like a rat! I would have put zero stars but that’s not an option. Never again!

Finding a honest TLC groomer can be very daunting for new anxious pet owner. I was beyond scared taking my puppy for his first haircut. My first visit I witnessed the store owner explain to a pet owner how cruel it was to have his dog go for months with no type of grooming and how ultimately it isn't fair for the animal as they can't communicate when its time to go the groomers. The dog was jumping around happy while the shop owner was talking as if he was being vindicated. That was 4years ago me and my dog have been going ever since

We brought our dog in, and not only did they charge me 20 bucks more than Petsmart and Krisers charged us, a day later I felt scabs inside both of her ears along the tips, and also on her chest. Clearly she was cut in multiple places and the cuts were large enough for significant scabs. I can understand a mistake, but there are way too many for this to be anything but poor equipment or incompetency or both. I am beside myself for bringing her to this place. Normally I support small businesses, not this one. Do not bring your dog here.

This is a hidden gem in the city for small dogs. Jose and his family have always taken great care with both my last dog Casey Jones cockapoo and now my 14 mo mini Australian shepherd Sugar Magnolia. My dog smells amazing for days !!!
