Kay’s Pooches & Smooches

We’ve been going to Kiara at Kay’s Smooches & Pooches since Axel’s second grooming at 6 months. He’s a year and four months now and Kiara’s made sure to always have him looking his absolute furry best! We couldn’t be happier with the service that Kiara provides to our fur baby each and every time. Axel is always excited for his appointment and is eager to run right in like the energy ball that he is! That immediately lets us know that he’s handled with such tender love and care with the staff there. Not to mention every time we’ve been there the shop is always looking spotless and clean which is what you want from any grooming business. The moment that you step in you’re instantly greeted with smiles and such a welcoming environment. The shampoo and conditioner that they use have our pup come back smelling so fresh and clean that lasts for days! They always leave his coat looking healthy and shiny after every grooming. We love the updates that Kiara gives us as that helps us make his grooming experience better for him and her as well. We couldn’t be anymore grateful to Kay’s smooches and pooches for the work they do day in and day out to make our pups the cutest and fluffiest fur babies anyone has ever seen! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I absolutely adore Kay's Pooches & Smooches. I've been bringing my Goldendoodle pup since he was 8 months old after a few frustrated grooming experience elsewhere. Kay's was referred to me by my breeder, which already made me comfortable. Kiara is our groomer and from day one she has been amazing about listening to our requests and guiding us as our pup's hair grows and changes. Opie feels safe and happy with their team. It is always a fun time for him. I will always recommend Kay's Pooches & Smooches!

Kay has always done a great job at grooming our Cavapoos. She is kind, affectionate toward the dogs, and the dogs seem to love being there. Kay works with the customer to have their pets looking exactly as they want. Her scheduling is easy and she happily prioritizes the people who have recurring appointments. Thank you for helping us!

We adopted a beautiful yorkie/schnauzer mix August 2024 and yall she came to us very very raggedy lmao. I asked for recommendations on a Facebook group and someone recommended Kay’s and omg life has been so much easier since then. She’s so incredibly patient with our Nola and never judged her for the constant yapping! Kay was absolutely fantastic with our pup! We were a bit anxious about his first haircut, but she exceeded all our expectations. She did an incredible job and made him feel completely at ease throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with the result!

Perfect makeover and great experience! Kay made accommodations for my VERY energetic and anxious pup. Because of Kay’s patience, accommodations, knowledge of animal behavior, and exceptional skill; my puppy now has good associations with being groomed. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so thoughtful and thorough for her. It makes a huge difference in the lives of animals ❤️ attached before and after: she’s so smooth now, stopped itching, and smells like coconuts (hard to get pics of her not in motion 😆)
