Buds. N' Suds Dog Grooming

Buds N Suds took in our newly adopted little Maltese that was found in a busy Chicago street. She was matted from head to paw and we had no idea how she was going to be for the groomers. They took her in without question and made her comfortable again. They even offered me a "quiet day" (they had dogs that weren’t as rowdy on the schedule so they are less stressed) but due to my schedule I couldn’t make it. She came out perfect, I will be bringing both of my dogs to this place from now on

Austin and Isaac are absolutely wonderful! From the first phone call to taking our pup home, they were absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way! We have a Great Pyrenees which is no small feat to groom. Not only does Trout look amazing, but she was also really happy and content when she left the groomer. Normally she sulks and is in a bad mood for the rest of the day, but she actually was happy! Austin told me that she even gave him a kiss, which is super special and rare 💜 My pup was walked and given lots of treats and they were so accommodating to make sure we didn't have any special concerns or medical issues. I felt that their prices were very fair and reflected not only the high quality services they offered, but also what they deserve to be paid. We are SO happy with Buds and Suds and will be coming back very soon! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Just took my adorable pup to Buds N Suds dog grooming place and I'm beyond impressed! The staff were super friendly and really took care of my furry friend. The grooming services were top-notch and my dog looks and smells amazing! Highly recommend for any pet owner in the area. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give 'em ten stars if I could!!

I just moved to Chicago and was looking for a place to groom my mini poodle and a friend recommended Buds n Suds. Very pleased with the customer service and how lovely my little poodle turned out. Thank you for a great experience! Will definitely be coming back.

Where do I start, the staff here are amazing. We got our sweet girl during the pandemic so the separation anxiety is real on both ends and they were so attentive and patient with all my texts about how she was doing. When we picked Wrigley up she looked AWESOME and smelled so good! I mean look at the before and after of her 🤪. Her cut reminded me of when you go to a nice salon and they pay attention to every single detail before letting you go. They went above and beyond our expectations. She was in such a great mood and seemed to really love this place. We will definitely be coming back and are so happy to have found Buds.N’Suds! Thank you so much you guys!! ♥️

Four years later and my partner and I are happy as ever with Buds N’ Suds! Isaac and his team are phenomenal. When we first started going to Buds N’ Suds, we had our little chi-weenie guy, Grizzly Bear, who tends to be a bit anxious due to unpleasant experience elsewhere as a puppy, but Isaac has always been and is very kind and patient with my boy. Eventually, we adopted a sweet but nutty little snorkie mix named Archie and began taking him to Buds N’ Suds as well. Despite Archie being far from easy in the beginning, Isaac and his team worked their magic on him, too, and he’s gotten much better. While I have a laundry list of reasons why I take my little ones to Buds N’ Suds, my top reasons are that Isaac and his team are very patient with my boys and the other animals in their care (I’ve seen it myself), passionate about what they do, and detail-oriented in their work and it shows. Thank you, Buds N’ Suds team, for all that you do!!

The last time i took my dog here, they cut my dog’s ear and gave him a hematoma!!! Amd tried to bandage it as if it’s no big deal and giving him an ugly furcut. Moving on and never coming back. Plus the owner was asking for donations from his own customers for a personal situation that’s going on with his tenants. Who does that?
