PetSmart Grooming

We had Kaley groom our mini Goldendoodle, and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! She was so gentle, kind, and patient with our dog and he came out looking better than he ever has. We were genuinely amazed by her work. We’ll definitely be going back to see Kaley!

We have a spunky one year old yorkie who keeps the staff on their toes and definitely challenges them during his grooming sessions. Everyone has always been great, patient, and friendly during our visits. There is one groomer in particular (MARIAH) who is exceptional. She has the knowledge and experience to handle my puppy and he looks so handsome afterwards.

I had an amazing experience at PetSmart recently. The three gentlemen I dealt with from the beginning to the end of my visit were absolutely fantastic. They took excellent care of my beautiful white husky and helped me choose what was best for her this time of year. They went above and beyond, spending three hours doting over her, ensuring she was comfortable and happy throughout the visit. When we were done, my husky seemed extremely happy. Their dedication to providing top-notch care and expertise made my visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend PetSmart for their outstanding service and commitment to the well-being of our furry friends."

Walked in at 5pm on a Wednesday, which is when they are supposed to be open and having their $5 nail trim hour, and they were closed. I was told "the groomer went home." If you advertise online that you’re still open at 5pm, and offer a discount for coming at that time, there should be somebody there at 5pm. Really annoying and unprofessional.

I'm fairly certain my dogs are clean, and their nails appear to be clipped. However, I paid extra for a 20-minute FURminator to remove the excess fur from one of my dogs, and when I went to pick her up, it was like she wasn't even brushes. I pet halfway down her back once and came away with a hand full of hair. That doesn't happen right after I brush her at home. I also paid extra to have their teeth brushed. Now I question if that was even done. Either their "furminator" isn't worth a dime, or the staff isn't doing their job. Very disappointed.

Pointed out specifically some areas that I wanted to be trimmed and cleaned up. My dog came back, and if I hadn’t dropped him off myself I wouldn’t be able to tell he’d had a trip to the groomer’s. 4 hours and about a hundred bucks later for nothing. Pretty disappointing.

WHO SHAVES HALF OF THE DOG, ONLY TO CALL THE OWNER TO COME GET THEIR DOG BECAUSE THEY CAN'T HANDLE HIM??? THEY SHAVED HALF OF THE DOG, WHY NOT FINISH??? WHY DID THEY EVEN START TO SHAVE HIM????😡😡😡
