They always leave my very very hairy dogs looking like they can walk on a runway in NYC. But today they showed how great their customer service is. The groomer made a mistake and overcharged me however I called and spoke to Diana and right away she was able to get me the credit I requested. Since I am a regular I had it applied to my next visit.

Top Dog Grooming worked with my schedule and took great care of my dog. They were very nice and thorough with his grooming. They quoted me a time frame, and even finished sooner than expected. Everything was great, thank you!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now bringing my easily knotted senior dog, and everytime I go my expectations are exceeded. Very friendly people that truly do take care of your pets with all of their love and compassion and treat my dog as they are their own. Even with my senior dog that is blind and deaf causing them trouble, they still gave a very good service. The workers working on May 4th deserve raises as they are extremely kind and welcoming and truly do take care for the wellbeing of the pet and the service.

I took my "Bougie" there and she was not happy when I dropped her off. When I went to pick her up she was so happy. The lady did so good with her and great when they clipped her nails. She has just been hopping around. The price was great too, thank you for being so great with my baby, I will definitely be taking her back.

This is the worst place that I've ever took my dog to. I would not recommend this place for anyone. I have a King cavalier cocker spaniel. They decided to take it amongst themselves and shave her. I've called numerous times to speak to a manager. I've waited 2 weeks thus far. So I feel like I'm being strung along. Not even an apology was rendered. Nothing. It's just oh I'll have a manager call you. That's it. That's all. I explicitly told the lady on the phone do not cut her. This is. 2500 dollar dog that's KNOWN for their coats. And you shaved her. I even said Not even trim her for her to go to the same place with a Hispanic male who barely spoke English. I told him don't cut her yet. He did it anyways. I made him write it out not to cut her and he did it anyways. I'm sending a demand letter out to them to refund my money back and any other damages that they'll see that come across their desk. Since I tried to solve this issue long enough I'll solve it in court.

I brought my dog here to get groomed. It’s like a doggy salon. He looked so good and happy when I got home and he’ll looked better than any other place I have ever been! Definitely bringing my baby back!

This was my first visit to Top Dog and I'm very pleased. The price was reasonable and the staff was professional and polite. This will be my new grooming place for sure!
