DIRTY DOG - Top Grooming

This was a few years ago in 2021, and I couldn’t leave a review then but my sister took my dog here and when we went to pick him up they told us they had accidentally scratched his ear with the clippers but that my dog was fine. A few hours later we noticed his ear was cut with scissors (about .5 in) and they had glued it back together🧍‍♀️. They denied any accusations made and even trespassed my mother for going to complain. The owner was such a hassle to deal with too. After a few days and infection grew on my dogs wound so he had to be taken to the emergency vet. I never again took my dog there again. And looking at other reviews it seems like their track record is still the same. My dog is fine now but his ear is permanently separated because the vets couldn’t reattach it. See pics attached

I have been taking my dog here for a while but they lost my business this last time around. My dog came back full of cuts and razor burns and on top of that they charged me extra because apparently she was "infested with fleas" which I knew they were lying about but I just payed the charge because what else am I supposed to do? but I know she didn’t have fleas because I have multiple other animals and none of them have fleas (yes I checked all of them) I even double checked on my other dog that always sleeps with the dog that went and got groomed and absolutely none! I should have stopped coming here when they actually switched my dog with another persons dog but I thought oh it was just an honest mistake but no this business does not care for the wellbeing of your pets do not bring them here!

We took my doggie at around 12:30 pm and they said the full service would take about 2-3 hours. 2-3 hours passed and nothing, we called and they never answered they just communicate through text. Then about 4 hours passed and still nothing so we called and texted a few more times until they finally answered and said they were about to work on her (they kept calling her a him) and then we waited about an hour more until they gave her to us. This is what she looked like, choppy haircut, knicks on her sanitary area and they said they couldn’t do anything about the matting which is the main reason why we took her, yet we were able to carefully untangle and cut them off at home. We paid about $75 for just a bath AND they only take cash and give no receipt. We asked for our money back but they said they couldn’t because the "full service" was already done. The whole place looks sketch and so do their work ethics. They deserve zero stars.

Took my dog Tito and was very happy with the overall customer service. Tito came out smelling so good that I was hugging him all day. Overall I’m very happy and will continue to bring my baby Tito here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! I asked for a teddy bear cut around the face, they gave him a flat top. They have uneven spots all over the body. They matted his hair around the ears and tails and didn’t comb him out. They hurt him by creating a bald spot and shaving to close in his right buttock causing him to bleed! Then I called and asked for refund on the service and they say it was done and they can fix it, but how can you trust them when they did such an atrocious, rookie job! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Took my dog in, she looked at it then gave me a price, when I went to pick him up she charged me an extra $16 cause it was more work than she thought it would be. Why give me a set price if you’re gonna change it? Bad customer service. I showed her a picture of my dogs previous cut and it looked nothing like it.

I was a little iffy about taking my dog there because they have bad reviews, but in the end Im glad I did. They were great with Lukas the service was excellent. Thank you this will be his go to place from now on. Totally recommend it
