Took my Shih-Tzu pup in for her first grooming appointment & she looks so AMAZING! (Posted her before & after pics) She smells wonderful too. Thank you Glamour Dogs for taking care of my fur baby. ❤️ will definitely be returning again!

I took my pet here hoping to find a reliable groomer, but unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite. When I arrived to pick her up, she was screaming—something she has never done before. The groomer claimed she was being "aggressive," which is completely out of character for her. If that were truly the case, they should have stopped the service and told me they could not continue, instead of sending her back to me with a haircut that looks like a child got ahold of scissors. On top of that, the groomer told me that if I ever brought her back, I would need to sedate her and feed her the medication in front of him. No apology, no explanation, just here’s your dog and this is your total. I didn’t question him at that moment, but once I got home I noticed several cuts on her—now it made sense why she was terrified and screaming, not barking or acting aggressive, just scared. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and concerning experience. Definitely not a place I trust or will return to. So much for ‘glamour’.

Took my senior long haired chihuahua to get groomed today. She wasn't nervous or anything when I got her back which says a lot on the groomers part! I took her in at 10 and she was ready at noon for pick up! Smelled amazing. Did a hygiene cut and trimmed her nails. Great pricing in comparison to all these groomers charging ridiculous prices now for a simple bathing package. Will definitely return for regular grooming maintenance!

First time taking him here & first time grooming my pet & everything went smooth & perfect . My dog Niko came out looking fresh & faded lol , he looked like a wet mop & now he looks like a million dollars . Highly recommended !

Thanks to Ms. Snodgrass I had 15 wonderful years with my first shih tzu Milo and since he was puppy only ever trusted him with Glamour Dogs. Although Milo is no longer with me I now have Winston and just like his big brother he now goes to Glamour Dogs. I would never trust anyone else to care for my furbaby they always do such and excellent job, and my furbaby always comes out looking cute! Thank you to everyone at Glamour Dogs, you definitely got a customer for life!

Prices are gouged once you go in. I asked for bath flea and tick They charged me $54.07 According to there prices She is a 3 month old shepard mix well under 30 lbs. So it should of been $34.07 not $54.07 Yall have been waned and what establishment that pays taxes doesnt take cards
