My Ragdolls had beautiful teddybear cuts done here. I specified that I wanted them in and out quickly because they are not used to being around dogs. I dropped them off at 7:30 and picked them up at 10. I’m very happy with the grooming. Before and after photos.

I’m so grateful for Susan and the team, who my pup’s been going to for over five years now. They’re very gentle, loving and patient with my old grumpy guy who’s losing his sight and hearing and has gotten crabbier over time as he’s aging. Making appointments are straightforward and the entire team is just lovely.

My husband I took our two dogs for grooming here. Our 8 month old puppy had these bald and redden spots after the haircut. The staff didn’t tell us and we did not notice until in our car. Although, the staff were apologetic after we called them. We did not get a refund and now have to watch over our dog carefully with these cuts. This is not what I expect from a professional grooming service and with their high prices. At the very least, a refund and a direct notice of this injury should have be told to us when we picked up our dogs. Very disappointed.

I brought in my long hair cat to get a lion cut. He sheds a lot in the summer and gets some small patches of matted fur which I know doesn’t feel great when we try to brush them out. I dropped him off, and they were finished in just a few hours. The quality of the haircut is fantastic. I love the fading they did around his lion mane, paws and tail. I can tell my cat really enjoys it too. Great service!

Recently, our five year old cat was groomed here. He's never been groomed and I wanted him to look and feel good. I was a bit nervous, taking him, but heard great things about their cat groomer! My cat came home looking wonderful! All of his winter undercoat was gone, nails clipped and a shiny happy kitty! I was told he was a very good boy; no problems. Obviously, the cat groomer has been called to her profession. Thank you!!! We will be back.

This was our first time, and we love the outcome. This picture is 4 days after grooming and includes 3 full days of rain, so her "blowout" is gone. Nonetheless, she looks amazing! My only negative is the time she was at the shop, and only because, she gets extremely stressed being in strange environments and away from home. I still give 5 stars because the quality of work deserves it.

I love this place. I am able to drop my Princess off and they take great care of her. The hair cut and nail care is amazing. My baby has never had a nick or scratch. I highly recommend them for your fur baby's needs.
