My dog was too uneasy the first time and yet Katie managed to get most of the grooming done. He looked so much better than before so we instantly scheduled the second session for two days later so she could finish up the job and I’m very pleased with the results. My loyal friend looks and smells so good!

My dog went in for a grooming service. He's a husky puppy who is barely a year old. I don't know what happened while there, but since he's come home he's been very anxious and hasn't been eating a whole lot. He is basically a shell of his former excited self. This was his first time at the groomers and our second experience. Honestly. I don't know what happened, but this should not be the result. Ever. I'm extremely dissatisfied
Cass made our first experience wonderful! She has exceptional pet and people skills! We will be back because of how amazing she made Max look and how well she handled him. Huskies can be extremely difficult but she had no problems at all. Thank you, Cass!
I want to give the all of the grooming team and the manager Miguel a shout out for the amazing customer service. Today, A situation happened and they were very professional and considerate regarding one of my babies. We are very grateful for their initiative. Arizona was amazing! My dog can be a little finicky with groomers but she told me that he was so sweet with her. He seemed really happy and excited after our grooming experience. Arizona was polite and helpful, even selecting a couple of different dog sweaters since we had to cut his hair a lot shorter than anticipated. I will definitely be requesting her in for future grooming appointments!
Leesa is the best dog groomer we have ever gone to and they always go above and beyond whenever we come by! They also give us great advice for anything we ask. Plus Rocco loves them!
