Michelle did an amazing job with my princess she definitely made her feel loved and cared for the service was great too my baby is scared of heights and Michelle made her comfortable to know she could trust her .Michelle even painted my babies nails to make her look even more beautiful and even gave her a cute bow . Michelle did an amazing job with our super nervous 16 year old dog! It was not an easy groom but she had a lot of patience and worked well with Bambi. We appreciate her so much!

This was the absolute worst and unprofessional grooming service EVER in my history of having a pet! This was my first and last time utilizing this service for numerous reasons. I was charged for services I did not authorize, or discuss prior to the start of services. Secondly, I had to dispute those charges after strongly making my point. She felt they were needed, she made the executive decision without the my consent as the pet owner. Therefore, she should have prepared to compt those fees, for failure to ask. That's golden rule of business, always confirm before moving forward. She failed to speak me after four attempts by phone and in person, to discuss what my concerns were regarding the of treatment plan and or recommendations during the service after meeting my pet for the first time. Her failure to communicate with me and not to acknowledge my questions or concerns regarding my pet and to top it off she sends me an invoice of 200 + by text to pay as I agreed to those charges. If I could give a negative star it would be this place.

Michelle has been someone I have highly recommended this past year. I was desperate to find someone capable of cutting my medium-haired cats fur. He was previously feral, so he isn't the easiest customer, but Michelle handled him beautifully. He was mat-free and calm after his very first cut. I never thought it would be possible. Michelle is great at getting us in the schedule within a reasonable time- other groomers are literally scheduled multiple months out! Homer has seen Michelle since his first cut (no more matting!) and I didn't believe her until she sent pictures that he was a good boy for her this last cut. I don't have Michelle bathe him- just the cut- because I won't press our luck, but he is so much more comfortable with his shorter cuts and happier that I'm not fighting him with a brush.

We LOVE Michelle!!! My pup has issues with new people and she was very patient and understanding with him. Now they have a love/hate relationship. I love the flexibility of mobile grooming. She is more than willing to offer her expertise and knowledge regarding all animals. She cares for my pup's complete well-being. The app is easy to use and understand.
