I used this company with my last pet. I was cold called by the owner and decided to give them a try with my new puppy. She looked liked she was plucked by a chicken. She has had 2 prior cuts with another groomer with no complaints. It was obvious that the groomer had little training. The price that was given to me was outlandish given the results. I immediately made another appointment with my original groomer to repair the damage. (I bought her a dress to coverup the bad cut.). NEVER AGAIN!

Paws Mahal has groomed our dogs for at least 10 years. The fact that we have stayed with this company indicates our satisfaction. The groomers send a reminder text the night before the appointment, arrive on time the next day, hook up to our exterior electrical outlet, and bathe/trim/groom our dogs according to our specifications. Our dogs are double-coated which requires a full brush-out, not an easy task. We always give our groomer a FAT tip per dog. We schedule our appointments with our groomer a year in advance. Highly recommend Paws Mahal.

I really enjoyed the experience. The groomer answered my questions. We set-up a schedule for nail trim and brush. I am looking forward to starting it again! I would highly recommend! My dog got along with the groomer. I feel comfortable calling back the main number if I wanted to switch groomers.

I’ll never forget, this company was doing an at home visit with a client in my neighborhood. They drive these Mercedes vans during visits. Well, one incompetent driver, upon leaving, side swiped my car and sped off. Thankfully the neighbor allowed me to keep the ring footage of the incident — however these terrible people never returned my calls not my insurance claims. I literally had to call pretending to be a pet owner looking for a quote until I got someone back on the phone and they promptly hung up and never answered again.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

Just purchased my sweet pooch that needs to be groomed more than I’m used to, I called and was asking some questions as a first time customer because I’m not sure about grooming or what it all Entails & she was incredibly rude. Asking me "do I want the service or not ?" "It’s not that hard to tell me what you’re looking for" She was very impatient & stressed. I just don’t think that’s anyway to treat someone who was calling for your services.. just seems really unprofessional to me.

Paws Mahal mobile Grooming really hurt my dog! In particular Alyssa the groomer from Paws Mahal. She butchered my poor Charlee. 😢. When I first mentioned it with pictures, she said 1. Charlee’s probably licking herself. 2. I don’t have any instruments that sharp. 3. And my personal favorite was "she never cried out so I didn’t notice". (Did I mention that Charlee cries out if you look at her funny)? She had to have been screaming! Yet Alyssa never said a word to me. I discovered this after she left. Do have "stupid" written on my forehead? Would someone hand me the White Out (Do they still make white out)? If she had just told me, I might’ve been ok. Might. It’s the lying that got me most. Eventually she agreed to pay the $90 Vet bill. Charlee needed both antibiotics and steroids. She’s doing well now. It’s been two weeks since groomed. I asked the Pawsmahal owner to refund the $85 (That includes $5tip) I spent on Charlee’s groom. She declined. Charlee was just one of my four dogs groomed that day. That’s $320 cash I paid. Lastly, I so wish I paid more attention to my other dog Daisy. She was terrified at the sight of Alyssa! I had to get her from under the bed. That’s never happened. I’ll be kicking myself for years. 😭 Lesson learned!
