I’ve tried a few grooming places around town, but this was the first one where my pomeranian’s fur actually stayed fluffy for more than a day afterward. The groomer clearly knew how to handle thicker coats without flattening them down. They also trimmed around her paws very neatly so she stopped sliding around on my kitchen floor. Pickup was quick and they explained how often she should come in to avoid matting. Helpful advice without sounding pushy or trying to upsell unnecessary services.

Sheena is a sweet angel who told me about tails and waggin salon, I took my 5 year old GSD for the very first time to get groomed, the students did such a great job, he looked so pretty, smelled amazing and he was happy when I pick him up !! I can tell that they do take care of your puppy, highly recommend 🤎

I needed a last-minute grooming for my pup Yondu, and they fit us in without hesitation. The service was outstanding from start to finish. When I arrived, I met Laura, who immediately made me feel at ease. She was so kind-hearted and thorough, taking the time to ask detailed questions about Yondu’s grooming needs. She even offered to palm his paws and nose, and brush his teeth—little thoughtful touches that showed how much she genuinely cares about her furry clients. The owner, Maria, is just as excellent, and it’s clear she runs her salon with love and pride. Both Laura and Maria went above and beyond to make sure Yondu was comfortable and looking his best. Now, Yondu officially has a new favorite groomer! I highly recommend Tails A Waggin Dog Salon to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and top-notch grooming. They truly treat your pets like family.

I can’t say enough good things about Tails A Waggin Dog Salon and our amazing groomer, Tiara! This was our first visit, and I’m beyond impressed. My pup Bear came out looking absolutely perfect—his cut is spot-on and exactly what I asked for. Even more importantly, it was clear that Tiara truly cared about him and made sure he was comfortable and happy throughout the process. It’s rare to find a groomer who nails both the technical skill and the love for dogs, but Tiara does both effortlessly. We’ve definitely found our new go-to grooming spot. Highly, highly recommend!

I am so happy I found Tails A Waggin! Sheena is absolutely the best! I am always so worried leaving my pups anywhere but there is no worries when I bring them to Sheena! She takes care of them like if they’re her own pets and makes them look beautiful! When I pick them up, they’re so happy! I recommend Tails A Waggin to everybody. BEWARE!!! DONT COME HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL HURT YOUR DOG!!! I’m posting this cause this is the second time I’ve had to deal with it!!!. About 3 years ago I took my dog here, when they called me to pick her up they said she does have a small nic under her left arm and everything should be fine just don’t let her scratch it. The moment she was put in the car and I saw her I knew something was off immediately. I looked to find not a little nic but a small gash bleeding. So I took her to her vet which is next door where she needed 3 stitches in which I almost had to come out of pocket for until they got in touch with the owner and she took care of the bill. Fast forward about a month ago while I was out of state my brother took our other dog who’s a 1yr old Morkie to get groomed here. He got the call to pick her up the moment he arrived he was told the same thing they nicked her under arm but she should be okay because they took it upon themselves to not take her next door or call us the moment they did it!!! But take it upon themselves to apply liquid bandage onto her. But once again this isn’t a little nic this is a gash underneath her arm. Once he called me to let me know I told him take her to the vet immediately in which the vet had told him they can’t do anything or see how deep the gash is due to the groomers applying liquid bandage which is already dried. Not once has this dog groomer ever offered us a refund for both dogs, apologized, or took immediate action in notifying me the moment it happens. If any dog is to hard to handle or you feel like you can’t do the job then let the owner know!!!

I was born and raised here in Las Vegas and I’ve been Desperately LOOKING for a Groomer that could do a "Teddy Bear" cut and I was referred to Tails A Waggin Salon and I didn’t have any specific person BUT God answered my prayers because the Girl that answered the phone named Tiara was So Kind and I explained what I wanted and she happily said she could do that cut for my puppy so I made my appointment and was excited to see her work!! When I went in the Grooming Salon had such a Comfortable and Calm Feeling and all the dogs that were being groomed weren’t barking or moving around… you could tell that they felt SAFE and At Ease with the Groomers and that was so Reassuring to see cause that is Very Important to me! You Always want your Dog to feel like they had a "Spa Day" NOT a "Traumatizing Day"!! It was so nice and everyone I spoke with was so kind and helpful! When I met Tiara for the first time it was like seeing a good friend that I haven’t seen in a long time! She was so gentle and loving with Kaia which made me feel So Happy!! Well… when I went in to pick up my puppy Kaia, I started to cry because Tiara did an Absolute BETTER JOB than I expected!!!!!!!! OMGOSH this beautiful Girl, Tiara, is So Incredibly Talented and I’ve gone back 3 times since Kaia's First Spa Day and each time is PERFECT and almost Better than the last if that’s even possible!!!! Tails A Waggin is So Fortunate that they have Tiara working there!!! Kaia is only a 5lb baby still and wiggles a lot but Tiara somehow keeps up with her and I don’t trust many people with my little one but Tiara loves Kaia so much and I Definitely got my puppy’s approval!!! Thank YOU So Much Tiara for taking such time, love and tenderness with my little girl and we'll see you again next time!! We Love You TIARA!! 🩷
