Helen, the manager is superb! She’s great and her job and did an amazing job on my Rosie even when I botched up the selections on my appointment. She went above and beyond to still accommodate us. Rosie showing off after her beauty treatment!

Jessica is wonderful with all of my dogs!! We currently have 4 dogs. 3 are rescue and have been turned down by many Petco groomers! Jessica Scharsh has done them all with Zero problems! I call her the dog whisperer 💜💜🙏🏽🙏🏽

We took our rescue dog to Petco for a professional bath and decided to book with Stacy after reading so many great reviews, and we’re so glad we did! When we arrived, there was about a 10-minute wait to check in since they only allow one dog in the room at a time, which I actually appreciated for safety and comfort. Once we met Stacy, she was incredibly friendly and kind. My dog can get nervous and anxious around new people, but Stacy was so gentle and patient that my dog relaxed pretty quickly. Stacy let us know it would take a couple of hours and promised to text when she was done. It ended up taking about an hour and 45 minutes. When we picked her up, our dog looked adorable with a little Halloween bandana and was wagging her tail, clearly happy and comfortable. Stacy also kept us updated on how she was doing throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience stress-free. The service was about $80 and included a bath, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and paw balm. Definitely worth it for the quality and care we received. Highly recommend Stacy if your dog tends to be anxious or shy. She really knows how to make dogs feel safe and loved.

I was very happy with hair cuts for my two poodle mixes. Rusty and Oscar were not stressed after appointment. I dropped off at 9 and was able to pick up by 12:15am. It's a convenient location.

I have a short haired Brussel Griffon with a bath bath and trim should’ve been 50+ $10 and I brush him every day so there was no naps. They decided it was long hair and charged me $83. I am not happy. Be careful when you go in as they add up and the bill came to $96 and the manager just wanted to argue with me. I’ll take my dog elsewhere.

My Lily and I love going to Petco!!! Our groomer Dezi is the most thoughtful compassionate person!!! This guy deserves a raise!!! He gives my Lily his full attention and knowledge!!! It’s always a wonderful time spent in his presence!!!

Kim Ho is always great with Cooper. She called to find out if I wanted to reschedule our appointment to Thursday instead of Friday since very bad weather was approaching. It was much appreciated and we were able to reschedule. It was very considerate of Kim to offer that option.
