We couldn’t be happier with the care and service our dog receives from Sarah with Haute Pets She truly loves our dog, and it shows in the attention and care she provides. She’s incredibly personable and always makes both us and our pup feel comfortable. The grooming job she does is fantastic—our dog looks amazing every time! On top of that, she’s always on time and super flexible with appointments, which makes scheduling so easy. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch groomer!

We are such fans of Haute Pet and Sarah! With a skittish older dog who is unsure about all things grooming, Sarah is particularly well-suited, speaking so sweetly to my dog and being gentle with her and quick. And the timing really matters too. Gone are the days of dropping off my dog at the groomer and picking her up 4 hours later when she’s spent most of the time in a crate. We walk to the driveway and are wrapped up in about an hour! Sarah always does a great job - we are always pleased with the cut and delighted to continue to keep Haute Pets and Sarah on speed dial.

They were wonderful. Our puppy needed his first grooming two weeks before our cross country move- a high energy Springer. Jennifer made space for us last minute, Maxi understood the breed, and did an incredible job (and helped teach me when I asked for advice.) They did everything they could to convenience us and make him comfortable. Really kind group of people

Absolutely horrendous cut and very rude "stylist." My dog looks like those Chinese monks on movies who shave the top of their heads. This isn’t what we asked for, to say the least. The stylist didn’t offer to correct this hatchet job, told us it would grow out, and suggested we weren’t maintaining our dog well. Never again.

Very disappointing experience. Overall the communication and reliability were not what we expected. Unfortunately, based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend this company. The van appeared unclean and poorly maintained, and the AC was not working, which is concerning in the heat. It didn’t seem safe for either the pets or the employees. Can’t not recommend.

Haute pets grooming did a great job with our doodle Celine! Maxi is great! She arrived early and made our sweet girl look adorable with a beautiful groom! Expectations exceeded! ❤️ thank you so much!!!

We love Haute Pets! And especially Sarah. She is the sweetest person who just loves our pets! Sarah takes her time with my dog and my cat and they just love her. She even sends fun glamour shots sometimes of them after their spa treatments! lol But seriously she is beyond accommodating and truly makes grooming an easy experience. I cannot recommend her enough!
