We’ve trusted Pricilla and the team with Nori for over a year, and they consistently do a beautiful job. She can be a little dramatic about the blow dryer, but they handle her with so much patience and care. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. Highly recommend!

I just have to say Fifi’s haircut was the BEST she has ever had! She looked absolutely beautiful, even better than what I asked for and way better than I imagined. Priscila at Petco did amazing. She paid attention to every little detail, and Fifi came out looking like a whole princess. I’m so happy with her work and will definitely be coming back. I have been using Petco grooming for several years. I am very pleased with the service and friendly staff. My dogs actually enjoy going so I am very pleased.

I took my 80lb fur baby in for a bath and a good Furminator session—he sheds like it’s his full-time job! This was my first time using Petco’s grooming services, and I’m beyond happy with the results. Kelsey did an amazing job getting my pup squeaky clean. His coat is incredibly soft, and even his paws feel smoother! What really impressed me was how much value I got for the price—my usual groomer charges the same but doesn’t include nearly as many services. Petco also took the time to read and follow my notes, especially about my dog being afraid of the dryer, which made me feel confident and comfortable leaving him in their care. Kelsey now has a lifelong customer, and I’ll be recommending her to all my fellow pet parents. I’m definitely planning to return!

I have taken my baby Shadow here since he was a puppy, and he is now almost 3. Each stylist we have had has done a great job with him. I have taken him to both North Shepherd and the River Oaks location. However, if Maryon is available, then I always request her. Shadow is always happy to be dropped off as well. He knows he is in for a great spa day. Maryon does a phenomenal job with him. Shadow has a very thick double coat, and she trims him up so beautifully each time. You can tell she takes great pride in her work because it truly shows in his haircut. He always comes out looking 10 pounds lighter from the shed release plus package as well. I love picking him up with his little bandana and great smelling fur spritz.

124 — Rip Off! Terrible service. My dog was given a complete buzz cut, and they charged me as if real grooming was done. His nails were just as sharp as when I dropped him off, so clearly no care or attention was given. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price. Lazy grooming and no attention to detail. I will not be returning.
