Took my baby Maple here for her 1st birthday to get the Barkday package and they did amazing! She came home smelling so good & feeling so soft & absolutely adorable! Not to mention how stinkin cute are these ground treats and punny toys!? Would absolutely bring her here a million times more 💕🐾

Five stars for Woof Gang Bakery in The Heights. I’ve been bringing my standard poodle, Betty, here for about two years now. She’s never been a fan of groomers, but she does great with this team, which says a lot. They’re patient, consistent, and always do a solid job with her cut. We recently moved to the Energy Corridor, so it’s definitely more of a drive now, but it’s worth it. When you find a groomer your dog is comfortable with, you stick with them. Reliable service, good communication, and they clearly know how to handle larger breeds like standard poodles. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend bringing your pup here for a grooming. They always take such good care of my fur baby and they’re super fast as well. I’ve been taking Jessie to Ricky and I’m always super satisfied with how good of a job he does.

I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this grooming salon. I specifically book appointments because I do not want my Goldendoodle sitting there all day, especially since previous visits have taken around five hours. During my most recent appointment, I arrived on time only to wait 48 minutes because the groomer did not wake up on time and was stuck in traffic. What was most frustrating was that no apology or accountability was given. Being late can happen, but a simple apology and professionalism would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this is not the only issue I've had here. On another visit, I picked up my dog after about four hours. A couple hours later, I realized that her right eye was completely shut, her lashes were cut extremely short, and her eye was red and irritated. I ended up spending $178 on veterinary treatment for her eye. I called the salon to report what happened and to simply understand whether something might have occurred during grooming (for example, shampoo getting in her eye or an accidental poke). No one ever called me back to address the issue or provide any explanation. As a pet owner, I trust groomers with the care and safety of my dog. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern for my pet's well-being is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

I had a wonderful first experience at Woof Gang Heights! I have visited the Holcomb and San Felipe locations several times before. I believe I met the owner when I came in to pick up my pup, and shared my gratitude for how quickly they could get my dog in and out of the appointment. My dog is a 10 year old maltipoo and she has a lot of anxiety. Other locations typically take 3-4 hours to complete her grooming (she’s around 9lbs). When I showed up to my appointment I asked how long they estimated the service to take. They quoted me 3-4 hours and I asked if they offered the "express" grooming. They do offer it for an additional $20. I told them I’d be happy to add it, if they could make it work with their schedule. They confirmed and I am so pleased to say my dog was ready within 1.5 hours. I was shocked. Other locations charged me the $20 fee but would still take at least 3-4 hours. ( I originally started using Woof Gang in San Antonio when I lived there and they always got her in and out in 1-2 hours so this is what we have been used to) She looks beautiful and I can tell they took very good care of her. Her anxiety was minimal at best when I picked her up. Thank you so much Woof Gang Heights - we can’t wait to come back! Shout out to Ryan for doing such a great job with her grooming!

Very first grooming experience for my 3 month old Morkie and it was fantastic! Friendly staff and our groomer took time to discuss the process with me. My sweet girl looks and smells wonderful!
