I have never been so impressed with a groomer. I have been to countless places for my 108 pound dog and they have never been able to trim his nails without sedation or drugs. Not only were they are able to trim his nails, he actually left the groomer HAPPY which has never happened before. Very pleased with his de-shed as well. Overall great experience.

I brought my dog in for a groom with written instructions provided in advance. Unfortunately, the result was unsatisfactory and poorly executed, Noe did not follow the written grooming instructions provided prior to the appointment. When I raised my concerns, Diane, the manager, offered a refund only on the condition that I sign a nondisclosure agreement. I was uncomfortable with being asked to waive my right to share an honest experience in exchange for a refund, so I declined. I’m sharing this feedback so future clients can make an informed decision about both the quality of the service and how concerns are handled afterward.

The best pet barber place in River oaks area. Extremely recommend to Iris who we’ve knew for a long time, also with professional skills and lovely patience. We sent our pet in the morning and picked up after couple hours when they finished, nothing needs to be concerned and all the employees took care of him perfectly. Highly recommend for this place.

Iris did an amazing job grooming my dog! Every time I go to her, she's patient, gentle, and does an excellent job. Highly recommend! The first time I chose her was because we have the same name😂😂😂 But afterwards, I was completely won over by her skills.

Love this place! Our groomer Iris is AMAZING! She is patient, professional, and easy to communicate. She got our fur baby Sully look really good. The staff is also friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.
