Best Groomer ever! I Just pray she doesnt retire.Godly woman with a beautiful heart for people and animals.

I might have called at a busy time but the woman who answered the phone couldn’t even be bothered to answer my questions. She was very short and rude with me. I was calling to price a bath for my two puppies who are 5 months old with all of their vaccines. The moment I said puppy, she was ready to hang up with me saying she couldn’t handle puppies, she’s alone and goodbye. If she was too busy to even talk she should have let the phone to go voicemail or asked me if she could call me back. After working in customer service my whole life, it still amazes me that people at businesses can be so rude to people. Wild experience.

Ms Susan just trimmed the nails on my 6 month old puppy. She was so calm and quick that Magnolia didn’t even realize what was going on until the last foot. What a wonderful little gem in our neighborhood. I will definitely use them again.

Susan is an awesome person! She really loves and feels for the furbabies. I have a schitzu who has high anxiety with everyone. He is a biter and I am his person. I am the only person he has not bit. Her place is immaculately clean and towels are down in the kennels for your babies toes not to get stuck. She is more than reasonable with price. Awesome person and groomer!

I have been going to Ms Susan for years now. She is so kind and loving and does a great job with my little girl. I know my dog is in good hands with her.

Always does a great job and you don't have to leave your dog for half the day. She gets to your dog right away. Your best friend comes home looking his/her best every time.
