PetSmart Grooming

I had the WORST experience at this PetSmart grooming location with the so-called "salon leader," Alexis B. I brought my dog in for a walk-in service, as stated on the website that they accept walk-ins during happy hours from 2-6 PM. They even have a sign outside the door that says they take walk-ins from 2-6 PM, Monday-Friday — which is clearly a lie. When I walked into the salon, Alexis gave me a nasty, "go to hell" look like she didn’t even want to deal with me or my dog. I politely asked if they could trim my dog’s nails since there were four groomers present and not busy. Alexis rudely told me, "We don’t accept walk-in services, but you can book an appointment for tomorrow." Seriously? Why advertise walk-ins if you’re going to turn people away? Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional — the overall experience was completely unpleasant. I immediately left and took my dog to the other PetSmart location on Johnston Street, where they at least attempted to trim my dog’s nails. This location seriously needs to do better. After today’s experience, I will NEVER be back at this location. PetSmart, you need to address your employee Alexis B — or as she calls herself, the 'salon leader.' Absolutely unacceptable!

Crystal did the best job ever. Cuddles was so cute. She will always be my go to groomer. Thank you for doing such a great job

My baby boy got his first trim on valentines day, and the young lady trimmed him exactly like I asked her to. Thank you, Lil Yogi will be back
