Furry tails spa

My poodle mix always comes back uneven from other places, especially around the face, so I showed the groomer a couple photos before leaving. They actually listened and followed the style closely instead of doing whatever was easiest. His ears were trimmed evenly, paws cleaned properly, and his coat felt incredibly soft afterward. I also appreciated that they didn’t overload him with strong cologne spray. He smelled fresh but still smelled like a dog, which honestly I prefer over artificial perfume scents.

I love supporting black owned businesses.. but my experience was unacceptable here. I hadn’t brought my shih tzu here in a while but this was my last time patronizing this business. If I wanted him chopped up unevenly then I could’ve done it myself. I dropped my dog off at his 10 am appointment on time.. spoke with the groomer about leaving him with as much hair as possible as I like for him to still look fluffy and expressed that I wanted a teddy bear face. I called at 12:18 pm and was informed that he would not be finished for about another 45 minutes. Then received a call at 1:27 pm stating that he was ready. At 2:21 pm, I got a text saying " Hey there just a reminder about the pick up policy. Your hr is almost up🐾" I let her know I’d be there in 10 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I was told that my total was $105 then I asked.. what did he get.. the groomer stated the original $70 grooming fee, $10 for detangling him, and then a $25 late fee. This is ridiculous especially when this is a policy I knew nothing about prior to being charged (unless clients are expected to read every single piece of paper posted around the front of the salon while dropping your pet off) and he looks like he just got a really good bath. Will not be returning!

I have a senior (13y/o) papillon who has a few health conditions that Petsmart was concerned about because of all the noise and how long they take to groom your baby. I was happy I was able to bring him to a smaller groomer, who not only did a great job on his cut, that I jacked up 🤦🏾‍♀️, but also offered express grooming and he was in and out in an hour and a half. The prices were fair and the staff was very nice. We’ll be going back. By the steps is the before, he looks homeless 🤣🤣, the right is after 🥰❤️ So handsome!

Furry Tails took such great care of Frankie even though it was a last minute request. They let us bring Frankie in with very short notice and gave him a bath and groomed him. He looked so handsome when he was done that someone outside said something! Thank you so much! He is so soft and smells so good!

GREATEST PET GROOMER iN ATLANTA. Not even close in comparison to others. Tifani is an absolute angel and hero for my old little Dachshund. She managed to clip his nails while i held him, keeping him calm. Their prices are in-line with their profession, and their business ethic is 12/10. 2 Etxra pionts for going the extra mile. THANK YOU, TiFANi! Folks, do not sleep on this local, indepepnant business. These ladies are worth your time and money!

Love taking my pup to this place. It’s nearby and the ladies who work there are always so nice and accommodating. My baby gets in and out with her nail trims and anal gland expression very quickly. I recommend them to everyone. Make sure you call ahead before heading up there just to make sure someone is there, in spite of what the hours of operation are.
