PetSmart Grooming

Yesterday I had a grooming appointment that I’d booked for weeks at a different PetSmart, and it was canceled last minute. Because of that, I booked a last-minute appointment at the Stapley location the night before for 9:30 AM. I drove over an hour to get there and got a call at 9:27 AM—three minutes before my appointment—saying it was canceled. That’s incredibly frustrating and honestly really unprofessional. I’m leaving town today, and now I’m stuck with no other groomer options available. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I’m really disappointed in how this was handled.

Grooming did not accept the vaccine from Mexico even though it has all update we have all the vaccines so please specify that you don’t accept the vaccines from out of the country that specifically you guy want them from tha US only thank you !

Honestly I wish I could split starts. I had bought 3 fish for my son for his birthday. 1 did not even make it into the tank before it died. No big deal. Fish die. The customer service guy in the fish area was so nice! Super helpful when I came back to exchange the fish he remembered me from the day before. He remembered which fish I got and and was able to get me a replacement fish. He knew I didn't bring my receipt and said since it was like for like it was not an issue at all. However, at the checkout counter the girl needed help with how to do the return. They couldn't find my receipt by my rewards number which is fine... The manager who came over was condescending to her and to me. Talking down and at both of us in a very rude short tone. At one point stating to me that this is why I should save my receipt and bring it with me. It was a same for same exchange that should have been quick and easy with or without my receipt. If I could give him 1 star and the fish guy 5 I would.

Loyal customer for years. Always taken great care of the staff. But experienced today that loyalty is NOT reciprocated and they could care less about my dog, or me as a customer. Find another salon to take your beloved pet to, I wish I did a long time ago.

Had been taking our pupster here for years and took him elsewhere today and there's a 180° difference in his treatment and attitude This location always gives him yeast infections and idk what they do but he comes out shaking and traumatized. Mind you it's a Shitzu so nothing grand or mean... Unsatisfactory

We just love Melissa and Andrew. They are the best dog 🐕 groomers in Payson. We always make sure they cut our Mickey dogs hair. We're always looking for perfection and they always bring it on!

Great friendly staff. They all love animals. My little dog stays healthy because they truly care for 11 years now. Thank you Banfield Veternarian!
