Nelson is the BEST dog groomer in the San Francisco Bay Area, possibly the United States of America! Our dog, Billy is CRAZY sensitive. The only groomer Billy will let him touch his fur is Nelson! I have been taking my dog to see Nelson and Rose for a few years now. My dog used to be so afraid of the groomers, and now he literally claws at their door to get inside to see them. They do an amazing job and we always get so many compliments on how cute and young Wally looks. I tell them "he’s 8 but he has a great groomer!"

Le Chien Fortune Dog Grooming is such a wonderful find. It’s a family-run business, and you can really feel that personal touch from Nelson and Rose, the husband-and-wife team. They are always so friendly, kind, and welcoming. They consistently do a beautiful job grooming my dog, and I feel completely comfortable leaving her in their care. It’s clear they truly care about the dogs they work with. My pup always comes out looking great, and in the photo I’m sharing, she’s actually smiling right after her grooming, which says everything! So happy we found them and highly recommend.

Le Chien is the absolute best! They’ve been grooming my girl for the past 4 years. Riley used to get really nervous about grooming—and even more so now that she’s getting older—but the second those doors open, Le Chien is the only place she runs into! Kiki is always handled with gentleness and care and they give me recommendations for how to take care of his high maintainance grooming needs every time without shaming me. We love them!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Le Chien for their grooming for several years. They do a great job - the cuts are always perfect. My dogs look and smell great when I pick them up. Also, Nelson and the team are so loving to my dogs - I know they are in great care while they are there. I would highly recommend!
