TidyDog Donelson

I have taken my dogs to Tidy Dogs for years. This was the first visit since they changed ownership. I am extremely disappointed in the cut. He is all gapped up. One eyebrow is shaved so short it looks like it’s gone. He’s just a mess. He was depressed for 2 days after this haircut. And I paid $138.00 for this, call me stupid 😟.

I had a very positive experience with Tidy Dog Donelson! I brought in my 15 year old dachshund who has been having mobility issues and my 3 year old dachshund. Both have severe separation anxiety from me, but the staff took care of them both while keeping a close eye on them even during their wait. They even gave my older dog extra attention with an additional staff member while he was nervous while he was getting trimmed/cut. He had some matting on his backside because of not being able to walk for the past couple of months and they were able to take care of all that while making him as comfortable as he could be. Specifically went to them because of their Senior Comfort option! Great experience, and I will be back and exclusively using them!

Very disappointed in the final results of my dog’s grooming. Trim was uneven in places. Most concerning was the cut he had on his leg when I picked him up. Won’t be taking him back. Update: The owners response to this original post contains inaccurate information. Look at the before and after photos and you decide if they did a good job on my dog. 2nd Update: I never saw or spoke with a second groomer. I NEVER said "he looked good". When I questioned the lady about the cut on his leg, she said "it’s just a scrape-he probably did it on the door". She never mentioned him jumping during grooming. In fact she commented that he stood up on that grooming table "like a show dog". Note the uneven cut of the hair on his ears and his chest in the photos.

Daisy had her first grooming experience yesterday. She is a 1 year old Irish Terrier. She made it very difficult to do any trimming. But, they managed to get the job done! Kudos for their patience with Daisy. I highly recommend Tidy Dog Donelson!

Our girl looked so good after her first visit to TidyDog! Their whole team was so kind, and they took great notes and executed them flawlessly. Dottie was so happy when we picked her up, unlike the "get me out of here!" energy we're more familiar with when we've pick her up from previous groomers. haha It will not be our last visit! Grateful to now have a local groomer we can count on <3

Trust. That's how I feel when I leave my 80lb baby GS. I trust she is in good hands. I trust they are going to be kind to my baby. I trust she is going to look amazing when I pick her up.

My boys had a great grooming session at Tidy Dog today. They were happy boys and they look and feel great. The team did great work. Thank you
