Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming New Braunfels

Wonderful experience bringing my dog here! The staff are really friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. My doggo came back looking and smelling amazing. The shop is clean and has a great selection of treats too.

I took my goldendoodle in for grooming last week and had a really good experience overall. The staff was friendly and took a few minutes to ask about how I like his coat trimmed and if he had any sensitive spots, which I appreciated. When I picked him up, he looked great—clean, fluffy, and neatly trimmed without being too short. They even managed to tidy up around his face without it looking uneven, which has been an issue at other places. He seemed calm and not stressed when I got him back, which tells me they handled him well. I’ll definitely be bringing him back.

First time ordering here and was so excited about it, the young lady was very informative at the time of my call and when I placed my order. Unfortunately when we arrived the name for Mylo had been misspelled. We were celebrating our Two boxers birthday… the boys definitely devoured the cake! We did also purchase an extra birthday hat while we were there. They have such a large variety of treats available as well… we went on a Saturday for pick up and didn’t have to wait and there was plenty of parking available.

We were traveling through the area and stumbled upon this little gem. Our Doberman, Lord Pebblestone III, is normally a bit of a trouble maker. However, he went straight the front desk person, CJ and kept licking her. She was so kind and caring. When we picked him up, he smelled and looked like the royalty he is and now we want to travel back south to visit again!

We took our old lady here for the first time! And it was wonderful! She’s elderly and doesn’t let many people much less groomers touch her. We typically take her to another groomer in town however, we got more for our buck here and the experience and customer service was just exceptional. Switching to Wolf Gang from now on! We had Madison as our groomer and everything was as we asked for! Even included a super cute collar!

I picked up a foster today right before he was euthanized at ACS and he was in terrible shape. Extremely matted, stinky, and terrified! Madison went out of her way to work with this dog and his fears. I cannot recommend her enough! Plus, they fit me in at the last minute for an emergency shave. I just picked him up and he looks way better than I could’ve imagined. Highly recommend Madison and Woof Gang!

I love taking my boys here! The girls are so kind and supportive of our needs. They are so quick and the treats look delectable enough to eat myself!
