They made me waste my time. I took my cat to the grooming service, and they didn’t even try. I mean, what cat likes to take a bath? My cat wasn’t even resisting; she just showed her teeth, and they immediately told me they couldn’t bathe her. They didn’t even try— as soon as they saw her nervous, they said it wouldn’t be possible! So why do they even offer this service if they don’t have staff willing to do the job?
Norma is extremely rude. She had me waiting, then rejected me for having my dog serviced due to being late. Will not ever come back. And do not recommend for anyone to go.
