Town and Country Grooming

The grooming quality is typically great, but this last visit was very frustrating. I dropped off my 13-year-old Golden Retriever at 7:33 AM and did not receive a call until 2:15 PM. I was told he had been ready since 10:24 AM and that I had "opted out" of text correspondence, which is not true (that is how I received the link to leave this review). They showed me the message they attempted to send, but it clearly said ‘not delivered’ three different times. Instead of following up with a phone call when the text failed, my senior dog sat in a kennel for roughly four extra hours. A 13-year-old animal should not be left waiting that long or forced to hold their bladder because of a failed message. The service quality is great, but the communication and accountability on this visit were very disappointing.

This is my puppy's first haircut and they did a terrible job her hair is all choppy uneven they didn't even add a bow, they left long pieces of hair for the price I pay they should do a better job!!

My babies always come home looking and smelling amazing! No accidental cuts or issues with handling.

I tried this place for the first time for my dog Rex, we just recently moved here to Odessa from Midland. Everything was good until we got home and noticed between the eyebrows very irritated, I searched him and also found a cut under his neck and a cut in his sanitation area. He is very irritated on those areas. He is also been scared and sad. I can’t believe this happened to him, we had never had any bad experience with him in the past with his past groomers, he is 3 years old. If for any reason he was moving a lot then I should of gotten a call, I believe there is No excuse for this and I am very disappointed. I do Not recommend this place I rather drive to Midland than take him here again.

It has been sometime since I have been here. Be warned, things could have changed since my last visit. I don't recall any negative experiences, and Pepe was not traumatized so that's good.

I love how Nice they were, and my dog left out of their really happy nice and fresh!
