Furry Tales Boarding, Indoor Daycare, and Grooming

Took my dog to the groomers for a deshed treatment and I am SO impressed! 🐾✨ They did an amazing job — his coat is so soft, shiny, and looks a million times better. The shedding is way more under control, and he came home happy and smelling so good. You can tell they really care about the dogs and take their time to do it right. Highly recommend if your pup needs a good deshed or just some extra TLC! 🐶💕

I took my German shepherd to the Ooltewah location to try it out. I’ve gone to Pet D-Tails (love them) they’re just a long drive so I wanted to try somewhere closer. The time and slight money savings is not worth it. My dog got groomed and looks great, but I dropped her off at 9am and did not get a text saying she was ready until 3pm… That’s unacceptable for any dog, but definitely not one that doesn’t get any sort of trim/shaping up. They also trimmed her nails, which I appreciate is part of the package, but I asked them not to since my dog doesn’t like her paws touched. And the nail trim looks like they had the dullest clippers. I’m only giving them a better than one star review because the grooming part itself was done well. But I will not be taking my dog there again.

Don't take your pets to this business they hurt them and lie about it. I took my dogs there to get them groomed my dog pepper walk in on all four legs. Six hour later we went to pick them up pepper walk on three legs .We asked what happen. The response was ( I dont know ) lies. Took pepper to the veterinary she has a bad sprain sent (Furry Tails) the bill for the veterinary they never paid us back worthless people and business. Can't wait to see them on court.

The Miller family is so happy that a wonderful new groomer / kennel is open in Harrison. Furry Tales was all I hoped for and more. Price, professionalism, cleanliness, caring and quality of service were excellent. The location is great for residents of Harrison and Ooltewah. I am nervous leaving my spaniels with anyone but I knew the minute I walked through the door at Furry Tales that they were professional, clean and eager to please. Most of all I could tell that they love pets. Both the owner and groomer greeted me and my pups. They were very specific explaining what would be involved in grooming and also asking what I wanted. The price can't be beat. The owner was excellent at communicating with me on the progress and time frame of grooming so I knew exactly when I could pick up my pups . The results were beyond my expectations and my pups were clearly comfortable with their groomer (Sara) and the salon. We will be regular customers at Furry Tales. Five stars for sure!

Communication needs to be a little better between the groomer and dog parents. I have found out multiple things that no one ever said a word to us about but the manager is very nice and communicated well with me. I think if the staff can just improve communication with customers this place would be top notch. Again, the manager is very nice and willing to go the extra mile to help our fur baby have the least stressful experience as possible. I do recommend this place but communication. Just needs to improve some.

I'm so glad that I found Dakota again after she left our last grooming place. My dogs love her and she takes such good care of them. We sure were glad to see you Dakota!!!!

Love taking my pups to furry tails. They are always very patient with my younger dog who is scared of vets and grooming. They always work me in to the schedule. Also have a great self grooming station for you to bring your pup in still have to make a schedule appointment for it
