Love love love this place. From setting up appointment to picking my baby up, Everything went so smoothly and Ana did an amazing job on my baby girl. I’ve tried another groomer in Ooltewah and there is no comparison! My Baby look beautiful and is definitely a keeper from now one.
This place is awesome! The staff is exceptional and was able to help me out! They were very thorough for each service that I want for each of my dogs and ensure that it was carried through. They took really good care of my three dogs. They looked awesome after their grooming!

The service and customer service was outstanding! They did an amazing cut on our Bernese Mountain Dog and were very kind and thoughtful. Even called the next day to ensure we were 100% satisfied. I highly recommend. Plus the store is darling!!
