Jennifer is great with dogs! Libby came from a shelter, and at first was scared of everything. Jennifer not only put her at ease but now every time I tell her we are going to see Miss Jennifer she gets so excited and happy. I highly recommend taking your dog to this groomer. It’s such a relief to have your dog relaxed and happy when leaving her. And Libby’s reaction says it all.
Jennifer did an awesome job on our Banjo! He looks perfect! His coat is evenly cut, not at all choppy! She trimmed his nails, they no longer scratch me! I'm just so pleased to have found a groomer for our dog!

Dropped off two dogs to be bathed and groomed, one a boxer-lab mix and the other a Yorkie. Jennifer did an excellent job with the both! The dogs were at ease and felt comfortable. When I arrived to pick them up they looked like brand new dogs, an excellent job in grooming and attention to detail all the way to the nails and ears! Topped them off with a decorative bandanna for the boxer-lab and bows for the Yorkie! Will definitely keep taking them back for future appointments!
Jennifer is the ABSOLUTE best groomer I've ever seen!!!! She really cares about her clients and makes sure you are happy before you leave. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Best pricing and customer service in Chattanooga
Jennifer is truly an artisan! She does an absolutely magnificent job grooming our German Spitz. He has never looked better than when she so meticulously styles him! We HIGHLY recommend her for taking care of your pet.
