Puff & Fluff Grooming - Arcadia

Hit or miss..I've been coming here for years with a Yorkipoo..maybe 1/4 of the time, I will pick up a completely shaved dog when i like his head, tail, and feet to have pompoms or more fluffy hair. I always specify what I want when I drop him off and they seem to type them in some instruction list. They get the request to keep his hair. I'm not sure if they messed up and completely shaving him was a fix or if they don't read the haircut instructions. Service is friendly. They also have you pay and tip before seeing your dog.

***Update*** I called this morning and they were very understanding and were able to schedule me in in just a couple of hours, the groomer came out to talk to me and she even agreed that she missed a few spots and apologized. She fixed it and I love it so much more now. I’m really happy it all got worked out at the end and weren’t jerks about. I included her fixed haircut at the end, will be coming back 🤗 This was our first time coming to this groomer. I’ve taken her to Furbabies and I really loved it but it was so expensive so this seem like a great place to try upon reading the reviews and visiting their website. I brought her in yesterday at 12:00 pm and I let the girl in the front know I wanted a round teddy bear cut (my dog is maltese/shih Tzo) and they let us know to come pick her up around 3 pm. Once I got there I had to pay before seeing my dog and I left a pretty good tip thinking they probably did a great job, when I was done swiping she gave me my dog and I wasn’t sure if I liked it but thought it was just seeing her from having long hair to short hair. Once I got home I saw they did a really botched hair cut, there short and long pieces that got missed and I absolutely hate it. First few pics is her haircut now and the Last two pics is how she has had a haircut with furbabies. I’m going to call them and see if they can fix and will update.

They provided nail trimming services for my difficult pup and I couldn't be more grateful. It may sound like a small service, but my 13-month old Great Dane Stormy (125 pounds) is a handful and especially resistant to nail trimming. She's not aggressive at all, but will throw some paws and put up a fight. Other groomers refuse to listen, whip out muzzles, or outright refuse to work with her. Puff & Fluff not only treated her like the sweet but anxious pup she is, they didn't make me feel embarrassed for her crazy behavior, outlandish drool, or general difficulty (despite my constant apologizing). Yes, it was a WWE match to make it happen, but I couldn't have had a better tag team partner. I will be taking Stormy back time and again. Great people who have an obvious love for dogs.

Haven’t had a bad experience ever since I started bringing my 3yr old pom here. The staff is always so nice and do a great job with the trimmings of both my babies. I prefer Puff & Fluff over another groomer I’ve been to in the past. Some pictures after they got their grooming done.

Sweet staff, good prices for teeth brushing/anal glands and skilled groomers! We have five dogs including two seniors w/ special needs and I’m glad I’ve discovered this place because now I don’t see myself going anywhere else. My dog Lulu recently got groomed for the first time in a while (she had abdominal surgery hence the shaved area on her tummy) the groomer cleaned her up really nice, painted her nails and restored her to her sassy self! Also, they use their own sanitary leashes and offer over-the-phone or email payment options which is a plus.

Unacceptable job. Sent my daughter to get our dog groomed here and this is how he returned home. They had the audacity to charge her even after starting a job that obviously could not be finished. Had to pay another business to fix their mistake, which they had no problem doing.

This was my first time with Puff and Fluff! The easiest and highest quality grooming I've had in a long time! Scheduling was so easy online, and lots of availability sooner than most places. The service was quick (big fluff ball husky took no more than 3 hours). Response time over text was so quick. They were so attentive to his specific trimming needs without charging much more for it! Best of all, SO affordable. Again, big husky with de-shedding, even with tip was under $100 when I'm used to paying closer to $130. THANK YOU! Will be back for our next groom 🙂
