Let me preface this post with the fact that I am a FUSSY & picky dog mom. I usually do all my dogs grooming. Currently, I am recovering from surgery and had to take him in to a professional. My friend recommended Purewag and I am so happy with the results. He smells great and not overly perfumed. Our groomer Mei made his coat so soft and trimmed him to my specifications. I feel that the price is fair for his size and coat (double coated fluffy boi). I am also impressed that he is completely dry. In the past groomers have returned him with wet ears or under arms which can be harmful to their skin. Mei, Thank you for such a wonderful job!

I have taken my dog to Pure Wag for grooming since she was a puppy. Both locations (Sammamish and Redmond) have amazing staff and the my dog loves the groomers Mei and Yuli. They also have the best dog toys that hold up really well. Her favorite toys mostly came from PureWag! Ask Himani or Crystal about food samples and they are full of information on their food and supplies. What a nice experience for my dog, treated so well. We will be back!

Mei is AMAZING. As a picky dog mom, I’ve tried multiple dog groomers (all more expensive than purewag) in the past year. I’ve never been happier with my dog’s haircut. It only took 1.5 hours which is great because my dog doesn’t like staying at the groomer. Mei listened to all my requests patiently and delivered exactly what I asked for.

Pure Wag has a super convenient location across from Trader Joes stocking all my kitties' favorite foods and treats. since Kat and Kaboodle moved to Kirkland we havent had a place to get their nails trimmed. so relieved Pure Wag is in Redmond now.

We love everyone at PureWag! We usually take our dog, Alana, to the Sammamish location to be groomed. All the staff are super friendly and kind. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They will take care of your pup really well!!

Grooming Pros: -Grooming is very quick! I don't have to worry about my dog being there for too long -Best price I found in Redmond, you get a lot for what you pay for -Easy to get set up -Groomer I had was very friendly and did a great job Store Pros: -Manager informed me that they are very selective about the items they allow in their store, making it SO easy to shop knowing that the contents are good for your dogs -They will also order any items you want that they don't have in stock for pick-up which is so helpful -Prices are reasonable & sometimes cheaper -Found a relatively cheap dog kibble here my dogs love which is rare! They also have very good cheap dog food toppers -They have very cute dog tags with designs I don't see anywhere else, will need to order one day!

Been taking our pup to Purewag for a while. Hands down the best grooming in the area. Staff is gentle, patient, and actually cares. Pups always leave clean, happy, and stress-free. Shop’s spotless, products are solid, and they never rush. Zero complaints here. Don’t let one grumpy review fool you - this place is a gem. Strongly recommend for anyone in Sammamish, Redmond, or Kirkland.
