Awesome, awesome, awesome! If you are looking for a groomer, do not look any further!! You just found the perfect one! Don’t go anywhere else!! I have been taking my dogs to Traci’s since they opened. I honestly cannot remember if that was three or four years ago. I had had them groomed previously at various other places and I can say with 100% authenticity that our experience that day and since then has been incredible and above expectations!!!!!! (And I am very exacting in my expectations!!) Felicia, the owner, is so sweet and knowledgeable as well as fun to talk to. She also works very hard to try to accommodate people who have a weird schedule like I do. I have two small dogs and every time I get them groomed, whether it’s just bathing and a face trim or a full shave or whatever, they always come back looking amazing and they smell great!! We all love everyone there!!!! (Also, I have read the negative reviews. What a joke!! Remember to consider the source; understand that Felicia is not responsible for anyone else’s mistakes, behavior, or misinformation. In other words, while mistakes do happen and problems do occur, none of the reviews I read indicated anything that’s factual!)

I haven't always been able to say this about a dog groomer, but I LOVE taking my dog to Traci's. Owning a Yorkie can be challenging when it comes to finding the right groomer, but Didde (a groomer in the shop) does an excellent job. People often compliment his grooming when we're out and about. My pup doesn't mind going to Traci's either, which says a lot about their care. It's a wonderful place to take your pup for grooming in downtown Redmond, WA!

Traci’s is a great neighborhood shop for all of your pet’s needs. Judith is an excellent groomer, very gentle and kind. She is also a pet owner with two adorable dogs of her own. Nixon, (my client’s pet) had a great time visiting and we’ll be back!

Gentle, Patient, Understanding While walking my dog near the corner of 158th and 83rd earlier this week, she kept tugging on the leash trying to lead me to Traci's. My dog used to *hate* having her nails done and in the past was always a little spicy about it. But Traci's has worked with her over time to make her feel comfortable - they treat her like a princess and she obviously loves going there now. 🙂 We ran into Jessica while continuing our walk and my dog got so excited - she wanted pets and decided to lie down in the street to get belly rubs. Felicia and Jessica are wonderful and I am so grateful for their gentle patience and understanding in working with my anxious dog who is entering her "grouchy old lady" years!

Took our Golden to Traci’s since our regular groomer wasn’t able to groom our Golden. I was very happy with the service and results when I picked him up. He was very clean, smelled really nice, nails were clipped, and his coat was so smooth after they brushed and removed a lot of his undercoat. Eva the groomer thoroughly explained what will be done prior to the service and how long it would take. It did take about 3 hours, she said may be up to 4. Our Goldie was very happy when I went to pick him up. The owner Felicia was also there and she was very nice, friendly, and very knowledgable about dogs. I highly recommend Traci’s if you’re looking for a groomer for your pet dog or cat. Just be aware it may take longer, but the quality is absolutely the best.
