These guys are amazing. Little Harriet went in full of mats and she got her hair did and her toes done. She evidently loved the experience and is already working on getting her fur matted again so she can go back for another spa day 😻 we will definitely be repeat customers! Had a lovely first experience here at The Groom Room! I was surprised at how quiet and clean it was in the building!! When talking to the front desk person, she said most of the dogs do very well and are calm due to it only being the groomer and the dog in the room during the service…which I love!! I believe my groomer was Goldie and she did such a good job on my fur babys bath and cut. He was so soft! I will be a returning customer for sure!! 🙂 UPDATE: Theo still is coming to the groom room and absolutely loves it. Everyone is so friendly and Goldie is the BEST!

I took my Cavachon, Rusty, to be groomed at the Groom Room this week. Our groomer, Kennadee is fantastic! We used her when she worked at another groomer and we had to follow her to the Groom Room! Rusty just loves her as she is fantastic with him making him feel comfortable and loved during his visit. She also gives him the best haircut of any groomer we have ever used. Also being our first visit the entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. If there was a way to give a rating if greater than 5 stars I would have done so. Do you pet a great favor and take them to the Groom Room. You will be glad you did!!!!
