PetSmart Grooming

Positive experience for my dogs and me. Easy to book a grooming appointment on the app. We have a 15 year old and a 9 year old miniature doxie. The groomers handled each dog with care and professionalism. They understood each dog’s temperament and grooming needs. Two groomers worked together to trim the older dog’s nails, without needing to muzzle her, which is quite a feat. My dogs were obviously cared for and handled by skilled professionals, which made me feel confident they were in good hands. Oh, and my girls looked great and were happy when we picked them up. They were ready in the time frame quoted to me.

I took my husky puppy there tonight for a shower & brush + deluxe add on and was very disappointed with our experience. We paid full price to pick up our 4 month old husky still damp with his nails not trimmed and no bandana. I know it's not a big deal but for the price of $65 I expect to get what I'm paying for or some form of communication. It took 2 hours.

Brought my 45 lb mutt in for a bath and a trim. Handoff and pickup was difficult, the room was small and you have to get a bill from the groomer, then go stand in the regular checkout line to pay, then return to get your pet. Why not put a POS in the groomer's space? Otherwise did a good job on my dog for a fair price.

Didn't notify me that my dog was ready to pick up. Said they called but I didn't have any missed calls or voice mail. Didn't rinse all the conditioner out. This left patches of matted hair I had to was out. Very disappointed, I've been going here for years

I called to see if they had service dog training available, unfortunately they don't however they were very kind about it and told me a place that does have it available.

Great experience!

Brought my dog in for the first time and he got a little nervous and they were unable to handle him.
