We have loved going to this place but from last 2 times we’ve been super disappointed 1. Related to no prior price disclosure Last two times we we paid two different prices for the same dog and we were told you have never even been here. 2. My dog’s area around the eye had a wound which I was shocked to see 3. Now my dog has an ear infection after the grooming 4. Not a big reason but we didn’t even get the cut we had requested for which I could have let go if the earlier reasons didn’t exist Attaching the pictures of both the eye and the ear Even my neighbors who had initially suggested me this place are disappointed with their recent service and do not plan to return anymore

Geoff and his team did a great job with our Dog. Staff was very friendly and provided a very pleasant experience for our lil furry friend. Very happy to have found this place so close to us !

This place has a way of making you feel like you are walking into a friend's house... the service is on point and compared to the other providers in the area.... they are not rude @ the front desk and you are not treated like a number. Customer Service is through the roof!!! Keeps me and Darrio (king charles cavi) coming back!

I’m always very hesitant to try new groomers but needed to change and found this place. Had a great experience and my doodle came back looking so fresh, polished and cute. The groomer listened to our needs and respected what we wanted and they did a great job! Would recommend! Only thing that was different was the time given that he would be done. They said 3 hours but it was 4. No big deal but we had plans and moved them to make sure we could grab him. Again, would recommend!!

I’m disappointed in this business- I’ve given them plenty of chances. My Yorkie has been going to them for over a year (previously took my other dogs too). Every time I call they immediately put me on hold & make me wait for 3 min plus. They continue to shave my dog when I asked them to please not shave him. The third (maybe fifth) time I mentioned something to them that I was frustrated, they had the owner groom him. When I picked him up I was lectured how I don’t brush my dog enough and that is why they shave him since he’s covered in mats (I find this hard to believe since I brush him everyday & he gets groomed regularly). Felt like they didn’t want to take the time on my dog, tired of being put on hold so I will no longer be giving them my business unfortunately.

Great place - Smooth and easy. Dogs were handled with care and they are really good groomers. Dogs are always cute and happy. They had a clean establishment and it looked really clean and they had alot of accessories and dog treats.

Very easy drop off and pick up. Staff was friendly. Groomer did a great job. Pricing is higher than pet smart and petco stores, but I am fine with it for ease of location and knowing my my dog is being well taken care of. Last time I was in petsmart I saw a groomer yelling at the dog, so I looked elsewhere and these guys put us at ease. They weighed him before and after and he last 5lbs of hair!!! They included a cute bandana on him for the holiday. Thanks!
