Roxie has been going here for many many years! She goes in looking grinchie and always comes out looking like a new little diva! Love them!!! And if you know Roxie she is a spicey little thing but they do a fabulous job.
The groomer didn't not file down my dog's nails. They were extremely sharp. She started scratching so much that her neck was bleeding. I gave her a soothing bath and put neosporin on her bloody wound. I am taking her to my vet tomorrow. Do not use this dog spa.
Been taking my xoloitzcuintli here for 6 years to trim their nails. I am always terrible and show up whenever,(always before12) Nails way over grown. They always take care of my pups nice and gentle. They dont judge me for not lifing well. I live in south austin and make the drive,that should about sum it up right there.
