Mel's Pet Parlour

We have been going to Mel's for years. They always do a great job and the dogs come back so cute!.) Drop off & pick up are always so easy. Now that my dogs are seniors they are taking extra good care of them to make sure they are comfortable.

Avoid this place at all costs. They are abusive to the dogs, we learned that the hard way. This is a picture of my dog and when I picked him up they could give me no explanation as to how this happened. Mel’s words were "my daughter groomed him so we don’t know for sure how it happened". They had me sign an incident report and pay before bringing him out. They also have dogs caged multiple at a time. They’re constantly yelling at the animals as well. They shouldn’t even be in business anymore. Look at all the reviews anywhere you can, Yelp, Nextdoor, Facebook. They are abusing these innocent animals.

I have been taking my Shih Tzu, Oreo to Mel's Pet Parlor for some time and noticed that she had been cut during grooming. I let the groomer know that I felt that they are in a rush. Her response to me was the Oreo moves around a lot. I tried to make another appt and was told that they will no longer groom Oreo.

Brought our Rosie in for the first time. Price was more than reasonable, people were friendly, attentive, helpful, and they did everything we asked them to! Her 2nd groom here was better than her first groom somewhere else!

We’ve been using Mel’s Pet Parlor while living in Austin, and now Georgetown. The drive to Round Rock is worth it. Mel’s recently relocated to downtown Round Rock. Great location, and they continue to do a great job on our shih tzus. Affordable, friendly and always easy to schedule via their Facebook page.

First time here . Loved it !! Workers from phone and in person were great ! They were super friendly and professional from the get go . They also did an awesome job with both my dogs on their grooming . Very satisfied and will be returning 🙂 thank you on behalf of Ginger & Leelu !

Completely 100% satisfied with the customer service and the grroming done. My dog was transformed! She lloked like she was given TLC and I just couldn't be more grateful. Will recommend to all muy pet parent friends for sure!
