PetSmart Grooming

Your website online says open. Your doors to the store are open. I’m wandering around the store getting the things I need and then I’m told the store is not open yet. Petsmart, do better. That is absolutely ridiculous. I drove all the way over here from another city with fuel prices being as high as they are it is absolutely unacceptable.Make it clearer on your website that different departments open at different times, even though I think it’s a very poor practice. I will never be back. And I spent a lot of money here, so very disappointed.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Kera cut my dogs ear during his grooming appointment. He is 10 years old and has the sweetest temperament, he has gotten the same haircut his entire life and it has never been an issue. They had to take him over to banfield vet to treat the cut. Upon picking him up instead of her being apologetic I brought up the fact that he has never been difficult to deal with during his grooming appointments and that she must of been distracted while grooming him for this to happen. Instead of being apologetic, she suggested a different haircut, rolled her eyes at me and blew me off. Never bringing him back here again, do not bring your pets here. You trust that your pets are in good hands when you drop them off… very disappointed in this experience and how it was handled. Manager showed me the vet bill and said it was "taken care off", OBVIOUSLY, as it should be this is YOUR staffs fault!

They accept all pet sizes which is awesome for us big dog owners. Super fast and great customer service. Prices are fair too. I wish there were an option to tip at the register, they only take cash or app tips.

My groomer's name was Daphne. She cut my pet's (dog) hair perfectly. Although this visit took longer than expected (5.5 hours), because they were understaffed, it was worth the wait.

Slight issue with findng an associate but to be fair they were about to close. The associate who did help was kind andade good conversation. I was there to get crickets, but for some reason it keeps toggling the grooming dept.

It was my first time and last time I paid almost 150$ for washing my kitty and at same day once we back to home my kitty started itching and when I checked on him he got fleas.

The staff was very friendly and took care of my grumpy old dog like professionals.
