I take my yorkie here for an occasional nail trim and gland expression and decided it was time for a full groom! I was a little nervous because his last haircut (not from here but elsewhere!) was not what I wanted at all but I am SO glad I took him here for a full groom! Kristi did an amazing job and did exactly what I asked for him. He was nervous going in but came out with his tail wagging so I know he was left in good hands and had a good time!! He doesn’t let me touch his nails so the fact that they are always able to get them trimmed speaks volumes too! The staff here is always so friendly and communicative which I always appreciate as well. The pricing is so fair and I didn’t leave feeling unsatisfied with anything, I will definitely continue getting my dog groomed here!

I cannot say enough good things! I have a vicious little rescue dog who does not let anyone touch him, especially with scissors. He has been turned down by every other groomer we’ve tried in Utah. With his older age (he’s 14 now) he’s stopped letting us cut his hair. We figured we’d give this place a shot. Let it be clear that my dog BITES and he bites hard. He is not an easy dog to work with, but the staff here went above and beyond to take great care of him! They even said they loved him, which was the last thing I was expecting! In total we paid $105 for his haircut before tip, and we were expecting more due to his evil nature. They have earned lifelong clients out of us (: Here’s his crusty before and polished after pictures!

I’ve been taking my boxer here for almost a year, and it has been the best experience. Christy specifically is amazing and always works so well with my nervous girl. Christy is the absolute sweetest and my dog always comes back perfectly groomed. The ladies at the front are also so nice and helpful! I couldn’t recommend going here enough!

Kristi does such an AMAZING job with our cockapoo, Lila! This is the third time Kristi has groomed Lila and every time, the grooming was consistent and Lila looked perfect. She truly takes her time to ensure every detail is perfect and that Lila is comfortable. We have tried many groomers in the SLC and PC area, and we have finally found the perfect person. Thank you so much Kristi!

I called before hand and gave my dogs weight and description the lady over the phone told me it would be 95$ and then when I got in they quoted me 120 before tax and the total being 140. Over the phone I also explained he is a puppy but I also need his body trimmed and she just scheduled me for a puppy cut. The lady was nice and shaved his body but did not shave any of his tail or ears like we talked about. She also said he will get an ear cleaning and his ears were dirty and not touched. I feel like the place was over priced for the service that I got and my puppy wasn’t given the best care that he could have gotten at another place.

I had a fantastic experience at BBB! I adopted a cat this very Tuesday and was able to book an appointment within the week! My kitty had been haphazardly shaved before I got her but they were able to do a perfect job! Since I didn’t know how she would react I was so nervous but BBB was so patient with me and my cat! I got my car fixed right down the road during the appointment and they were so accommodating to both my cat and my needs! Before and after is a huge difference!
