PetSmart Grooming

Got my snake from here. She was on sale just because she was a little bit aggressive. But it was only because she was not getting the correct mice size. The place has a lot of variety and people are super friendly and willing to help you out with any questions that you might have. The place is clean and there are a lot of discounts

I had a TERRIBLE 5 minutes in this store. Not only did the cashier not have a name tag, but she was BLUNTLY rude and Demanded a prescription when I was checking out. If it's "policy" then there needs to be a sign posted about prescriptions. Or your system needs to be able to hold such information about owner's pets. I want to hear from not just the manager of this location but I would like to talk to the CEO about employee policy when it comes to customers. I've never been told in my 28 years that I ever needed a piece of paper, to show someone so I could get food for my pet so he doesn't have to go to the ER. Disgraceful.

The grooming service was horrible, I usually go to PetSmart to get my dog groomed/a haircut and the other PetSmart’s don’t do bad. But my first time at this PetSmart and they didn’t even trim the nails correctly or cut the paw hair correctly so I had asked the associates to do it. Not only that, also my dog was traumatized from this location. My dog is sad, shaking, scared, and my dog is was literally freaking out when I picked her up. Note that this had never had happened before.

My dog's coat looks great after her bath! Easy to book same day-appt, friendly staff, convenient drop off/pick up, and very reasonable prices. Will definitely return.

The new regime in the grooming salon is terrible! We have been using PetSmart SLC for grooming 2 dogs for several years. New manager and groomers last fall don’t want to groom our 16 and 15 yr old dogs because they struggle since they have been loosing their hearing and eyesite! Previous groomers just last summer said our girls were sweet and just getting older but they loved seeing them! New manager wouldn’t even come out and talk to us. (Yes, we saw you in the back.) She left a sheet for "Veterinary Groomers" for a new person to give us when we picked up our girls. Sure would like to know where our previous groomers went cuz we sure won’t be back! I guess the thousands of dollars we’ve spent with Petsmart over the years doesn’t mean squat!

I took my puppy in for a much needed grooming & it was 10/10 experience!! I called to schedule it & stated he does still get nervous & had some matting. They explained the whole process which was nice. I got charged the extra de matting fee which was was pricey but I didn’t want my dogs matting to get worse..totally worth it! Jessica was so kind & professional!! Everyone was great

Very good with my dog. All the staff are friendly and kind. They do a good job.
