Red Butte Grooming

Tahna is a complete dog whisper. Our Cocker spaniel loves her. We are blessed to have the care, love and kindness she brings to grooming and loving our little girl. 5 stars all the way.

When I went to pick up my dog, some person in the parking lot told me they tried to give my dog to her. Booooo!

Probably one of the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a vet/groomer. I called a day in advance and spoke to the receptionist and told her that I went to a grooming location and they couldn’t finish the groom on my dog because they didn’t have short clips. So they gave me the number and told me go to red Butte grooming. While speaking to the receptionist she asked me if I needed an exam for him I said no he’s already had his exam already has his shots and etc. I was told that I had to pay in order for him to be seen before I can come in and get him groomed and that the amount for the exam will go towards the grooming I was OK with that. I come in the next day for the appointment turns out to be that they’re charging me extra for grooming and the exam was separate. I immediately knew that there was gonna be a problem. Therefore they brought the doctor in to exam my dog and after all that was done I told the doctor that the amount that was paid for the exam would go towards the grooming from what I was told. While I was trying to explain the doctor/supposedly owner walked out of the room while I was talking did not want to listen and walked away and their own employee that was in there shut the door and noticed how I was treated and was unacceptable. I had to sit there and explain over again what was going on what happened and what was told to me and still do not want to listen nor do they want to compensate nor do they want to help out in any means necessary. This is not customer service. This is called greed ! Unacceptable.
