Grooming By Gloria

Gloria always does a terrific job grooming my rescue German Shepherd at a fair price. He loves going there. 5 Stars every time. Elise is an excellent groomer there as well. I got my German Shepherd bathed and groomed today with a special "mud bath" procedure designed to help with the undercoat as well. The photo of him in the back of the van was taken today as we got ready to depart for home.

They did an awesome job and my pup was home quickly. Excellent service for the first time very reasonable prices and very friendly. Definitely will be back they have earned my trust with my Big Boy. He is a golden doodle.

Took my dog in for a simple bath and brush and nail trim. Got her back very quicky, however. Her nails are barely trimmed, she is still wet in the face and other spots, and you can run your hand down her back and you will have loose fur all over your hand. It's as if someone didn't brush her, and didn't blow dry her very well. And when we called to ask her confirming the nail trim, she hung up on us twice and sounded like we ruined her day by calling. Rude and inconsiderate. Do not recommend this place

I called and asked if anyone on staff can do stripping on a wirehair dachshund. Direct quote "I do but you're looking at $200." I said great, it's hard to find anyone who does it, I just need to get it done. Trying to schedule and met with.... Insert loud sigh :"All you do is get a pair of scissors, open them, and pull the hair out. Do you really want your dog to go through that much pain?" I didn't call for a lecture. If you don't want to do the treatment, say you don't offer it.

My Major hates being groomed, but they take really good care of him. Good staff, usually very busy; however the job gets done. A lil expensive, but I pay for the convenience; I live in the area. Dog friendly😊

My puppies four months old took her for her first Grooming. She had a bad experience. I had a bad experience five hours later. No Call showed up to check on her. Nothing was being done. I will never take her back again, Grooming by Gloria needs to hire better people
