PetSmart Grooming

Took my Great Pyrenees to this PetSmart location for the first and I'm glad I Did! My buddy had gone 4-5 months without a grooming and boy did it show. I felt so bad I let my boy get the way he was that I thought I was going to get told they couldn't work on him. Well, enter Caitlyn! She did a phenomenal job with our big boy and left him looking great and I'm sure he felt it too! I can tell she took her time with him which I know can be hard and frustrating amongst other things. My wife loved the way he came out that this is the only PetSmart we'll be taking our boy, Gino, to! Thanks a bunch to everyone in the grooming department as they treated my boy so good when we got there, during and while I picked him up. It's greatly appreciated!

Road trips get my car and my dog dirty and the online booking with petsmart is so convenient. Plus the people are super nice could have gone above and beyond by taken my dog out to pee as they had her there for more than 4 hours while I was awaiting for their call. I’m still given them a 4 star for the grooming services. It’s a privilege these days to get good customer service. 😁

They kept my pets there from.10:30 am to 4:00 pm. His groomer had unprofessional attitude. My dogs were hungry. Sure the water went out 2 hours after they were there. She was not matted.
