This was our first trip to the Lady Bug Grooming Salon and it will be the first of many. Both Tabitha (who groomed my poodle) and Tiffany were as nice as could be. Very professional and I was made to feel very comfortable. When I picked Poodle up, she looked great and seemed relaxed and happy. They were very careful because of her age and sweet to her. If you want a wonderful grooming experience, you should come here. I wont go anywhere else!

I've taken my senior dogs here twice and have had a great experience. Staff is friendly and service is timely. Easy to schedule by text. They are awesome about asking if your pets have any sensitivities or issues. My dogs have a skin tags, and my dachshund had back surgery when he was 5, and they are super careful with him. Very conveniently located too! Wish I had found them sooner.

Great team ! Great communication when it came to appointments and pricing. His groomer was patient and caring and understanding on what I wanted for my baby boy . 🫶 Can’t wait to take him for another grooming .

We just took our 5-month-old Shih Tzu for his very first grooming, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! This was our first experience using a professional groomer and we were a bit nervous, but Tabitha was incredible. From the moment we arrived, Tabitha made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She was professional, kind, and clearly experienced with handling puppies. She took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and was so gentle with our little guy. When we picked him up, he looked adorable—his coat was soft, shiny, and perfectly trimmed. You could tell he had been handled with care because he was happy and relaxed, not at all stressed. We are beyond pleased with the entire experience and can’t wait to bring him back for his next appointment. If you’re looking for a groomer who is professional, caring, and excellent at what they do, we highly recommend them. Thank you for making our puppy’s first grooming such a positive and memorable experience!

Took me less than 24 hours to book the appointment and have my dog in and out. He looked amazing smells amazing. His coat is soft. The groomer and the receptionist had amazing customer service I will be a repeat customer for sure! Thank you for leaving Teddy looking so amazing!

LadybugGrooming did AMAZING with my Aussie, Iris. I waited so long because I was nervous to take her anywhere. They were very kind & patient and were able to do everything I wanted, even with Iris usually being super anxious. Highly recommend.
