PetSmart Grooming

Lately I’ve been coming here to get both of my dogs groomed and I honestly have no complaints. Big shout out to Suan and Erica but doing a fantastic job with my pups and adhering to my requests. The communication has been great and they usually get them completed faster than expected. During checkout, I also have a positive experience.

Took my pet here yesterday 05/23 and she was groomed by Gabriel. Either Gabriel is very inexperienced or is just pretending to be a groomer. It wasn’t until I had paid $89.86 and brought her home that I began to see the really bad chop job done to her. And yes, she has a regular groomer but I knew my pet couldn’t wait another day so I trusted a PetSmart. And for the price I wanted my little girl to get near perfect results. REGRETS. BIG REGRETS.

Took my chihuahua mix to get her first bath and brush. I've been taking her there for a few months to get used to the staff and they never hesitated to say hi, which made Ivy's experience much smoother. I specifically requested Austyn as her bather because Austyn has shown a lot of patience and dedication for small, rowdy dogs and Ivy has met her plenty of times. Austyn and Angela took great care of Ivy today and I really appreciate it❤️

They did a great job with my German Shepherd. She had never been groomed before and wasn't really happy about it. The groomer took extra care giving her the breaks she needed and then continued the grooming. She mostly hated the nail trimming. Despite my girl not being happy about it, they got her all clean and nails trimmed! They even called me to let me know how she was doing about halfway through. Great service PetSmart!!

They always have what my doggie need. FOOD!!! and the occasional toy and treats. Clean and there are always a couple fur babies walking around.

We took our little fur baby to go get her hair cut at PetSmart grooming and was told to give her about 4 hours before picking her up, not even 1 1/2 hrs we receive a phone call that she is ready for pickup so we were like wow! PetSmart groomer says that she was not able to give her a full haircut do to her being restless and that she was only able to do some hiny/private area and trimmed only one side of her the ear area so now she has chopped hair. So when we arrived the employee behind the counter says I'm so sorry to hear that happened they should give y'all some kind of discount so you don't have to pay full price then she left for lunch, so what happened they charged us full price OMG!

Woukd not recommend the groomer anna lee. Went to the vet today to get my dog shaved down and the vet says the groomer is just lazy. On the other hand she looked at my boyfriend oddly, and mind you that hes asian and because of the covid and asian hate that we experienced. Shes unfortunatly turned my dog away. However i got her groomed at another groomer and the job was done.
