I can’t say enough good things about this grooming salon! They always do an amazing job, and my dogs look absolutely fantastic every time we leave. A special shoutout to Jennifer, who went above and beyond with my Chinese Crested — the little pop of color she added was adorable and done so beautifully. You can truly tell she cares and takes pride in her work. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly loves what they do. My dogs are always comfortable and happy, and that means everything to me. Highly recommend this groomer if you’re looking for quality, attention to detail, and people who genuinely love your pets as much as you do!

I had gotten a spa special that included a bandanna and a floral cologne. When I went to go pick up my dog she had a string on not a bandanna. I also smelled her she didn’t not smell anything different. Spoke to the manager let him know he said he was going to go and touch up her nails and get her a bandanna and put her another cologne on. So he did but then as I got home she has smelled so worse. Mind you the salon smelled very bad. I know dog grooming place won’t smell good but I have gone to a different salon and the smell was never bad as this place. This salon smelled as if they let the pee and poop dry up and they just spray cologne over it instead of cleaning it. When I got home my whole house smelled bad, it smelled like the salon. I had to wash my dog even though I took her to get a spa and I had to clean my whole house to get rid of the smell. Don’t get fooled by the spa special they are not actually doing the services. They are clearly understaffed. The boarding room looks awful. Dogs playing around pee and poop. I went to this place cause i had moved and it was closer but i would be going back to the one in Military.

My fur baby Peanut loves it there. She comes out very happy and I love the work they do with her.. Very happy with the work they do with her and the price. Thank you, Linwoodd.

There are not enough stars up above for Linwoodd Grooming. My little fur baby has extreme separation anxiety, but everyone made her feel so at ease throughout her entire appointment. She was so happy when I got back to pick her up. I can't say anything bad about anyone. They were all so informative and helpful with anything I needed. I can definitely say that I will be bringing my sweet girl back and will HIGHLY recommend Linwoodd Grooming & Pet Spa to anyone who needs to have their fur baby taken care of right. Thank you, Megan, for doing such a great job with her haircut!

First time boarding! We appreciate the kindness, care and patience the staff had here with me and my finance as it was our first time boarding our 9yo boxer anywhere. They kept us updated and sent pictures/videos to ease our worries that our fur baby was being taken care of. At pick up, our fur baby was safe, happy, groomed and looked well taken care of. We will be returning! 🫶🏼🐾

I have never been to a groomers that takes 4 hours to groom an 8lb teacup terrier, my dog came home dehydrated and begging for the bathroom if this is truly how long they need to keep the dogs why is there no water for the animals no breaks for the bathroom? Then they claim he was being worked on the entire time but I don’t buy it I feel like they locked my dog in a kennel till they got around to him even thought I set an appointment. It is unacceptable no matter how well a business is doing to treat the animals like this if they cannot handle the amount of animals they have they need to space it out better for the comfort of these animals not to mention they tried to tell me it’s an extra 25$ for express cleaning even though it’s still 2 hrs at my old location they never took longer than an hour and a half for the same results. We will not be returning I truly feel bad taking my dog to this groomer.

Customer service is good. Linwood takes care of my dogs. My dogs come back looking great. The only thing sometimes when i pick them up they are still wet in some areas but other than they come back looking and smelling great. I have only used them for grooming and not for overnight stays.
