Lush Spaw

Very satisfied with Lush spaw I’m really impressed with the care and attention they gave my dogs. They come back looking great every time and treated well while there. You can tell they genuinely care, highly recommend!

My dog has been coming to Lush Spaw since we first adopted him (over two years). Cynthia always does an amazing job and my dog smells and looks great! I noticed other reviews complaining about trimming but EVERY time I go in Cynthia reviews the style I want. They even have examples of how short the hair will be based on the razor so you know what to select.

I had a wonderful experience at this grooming spot! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even offered a 20% discount for our first visit, which was a nice bonus. My dog Enzo did really well with them, and it was clear he was comfortable and well cared for. I had no complaints at all and neither did Enzo! I will definitely be bringing him back again. Highly recommend!

I brought my dog Chloe in for a wash. The Lush spaw employees were very nice and professional. Once Chloe was done, I received a text message. Chloe looked nice and clean and the process was very easy and quick. I will be bringing her back again! Thanks Lush Spaw

I’m extremely upset about how my dog was groomed here. He was completely shaved down without warning, and to be honest, he looks horrible—his tail looks like a rat’s. I was not told this would be the result, and if I had known, I absolutely would not have agreed to it. Even if there was some matting, this feels like an extreme and unnecessary outcome. At the very least, I should have been contacted before such a drastic decision was made. This was not okay, and I’m really disappointed in how this was handled. On top of everything else, they shaved my dog’s tail down to the skin. Not only does it look terrible, but it’s also completely unnecessary and, frankly, lazy grooming work. A dog’s tail is especially sensitive, and it takes skill and care to work around it properly. Instead, they just buzzed it off without even trying to save any fur or checking with me first. My dog is now uncomfortable and anxious because of how short his coat is, and I feel awful for putting him through this. I trusted them to take care of my dog, and they completely failed to do so. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest anyone thinking of coming here be very cautious and insist on clear communication before they touch your dog.
