I can’t say enough good things about this dog grooming location. They have been taking care of my 18 year old dog Princess for the last 5 years & ever since i came to their location i have always left completely satiated. They treat her with love comfort & care. Never have trusted anyone else after finding them. I recommend to anyone who is looking for the best grooming service in the city. God bless this business & the people who make it so great.

I took a chance on this location for their self serve dog wash and was not disappointed! It’s recently renovated with very friendly and attentive staff! There is a nice selection of name brand dog food and toys- some of which I’ve never seen before for example, dog-nip. $20 for 20 mins using the dog wash station. I was able to wash and dry my girl with time to spare. Towel and shampoo provided in the base rate. Bring your own conditioner and brushes. I was the only one washing my dog today, but it could get a little loud since the 3 dog tubs are in a smaller room- maybe my only criticism. Overall I enjoyed this experience and will be back! The old pics don’t do this new renovation justice.

We've been coming regularly to have our dogs and foster dogs groomed. Yoshi took care of our dogs when she was at Spa for Pets in Los Gatos. Yoshi pays exceptional care and attention to details. Our dogs come out looking ready for a dog show (she also grooms dogs for dog shows). One of our foster dogs was very ill when she was rescued. To the point the rescue group thought she was a hospice care foster. Yoshi played an integral part of her recovery.

Really great place, friendly staff. We just used the self service station. $15 for my giant dog, they had different sizes tubs and everything was perfect, they offer everything you need to get your pup solider clean! We even got a tie to look shnazzy after. They sold various sizes and designs. 💕✌

This review is long over due. We’ve been taking our husky ever since we got her (so about a year) and I’m always so always so happy with the results. The customer service exceeds my expectations every time. Extremely friendly people and they do great job with my giant fur baby ❤️

I was hesitant to post this review, however after talking with other groomers in the area and them laughing hysterically at the fact that they still charged me $66 for this - I felt I would at least put it out there and let customers make their own decisions. Full Disclosure: This was Mera's first time getting groomed - they said she would not stay still for them to groom. After seeing the MANY cuts on her (none of which were mentioned when I picked her up)...I understand why she wasn't staying still... I assumed groomers were used to this type of thing and had ways to restrain dogs but I guess not. If they had just said something like 'look - we tried, we're really sorry but we just cant do it' I would've understood. But instead, they said "That'll be $60". Had to go and pay full price to take her to another groomer to get the job done right. Old Review: Walked in for nail cutting. Charged me for grinding which is only $2 more. Other than that, fantastic service.

They treat our dogs so sweetly and my older dog so gently. Love it that it’s a training academy as well.
