I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alisha L. My dog, Tobias, will be 12 years old in December and in his later years, has become very grumpy and selective in whom he allows to touch him. I explained this to Alisha and she totally understood. Here we are several grooming appointments later and she is even able to cut his nails. We’re very grateful to have found Alisha L. She always does a great job. He looks and smells so good afterwards. We love Alisha❤️❤️

Best groomer in the bay area I have tried. They are dog people and sensitive to the dogs needs. My pup started scared and trying to run away and by the time I returned he was clean, groomed and best pals with the groomer. Will keep coming back!!!

I can see why this groomer has such great reviews! Brought my senior dog in for an overdue nail trim and the staff was kind, efficient, and very skilled. We were in and out quickly and as stress-free as possible for my finicky pup. Will definitely be back in the future.

I have a long haired black cat named Eero that hates being touched and brushed, as a result his coat became matted in places. I was worried about taking him to a groomer because he dislikes being touched so very much and thought I might have to drug him for grooming but Melissa was amazing! She said she would like to try grooming him without him being medicated which I really appreciated. I could tell that she really knew what she was doing. She handled Eero so gently and efficiently. He received a lion cut in about 30 min. Melissa herself was kind and welcoming! I am so glad to have a wonderful groomer here in San Leandro.

This was my elderly toy poodle's first visit and I'm so pleased! They did a great job and kept my pup feeling safe and comfortable throughout. Highly recommended!

Melissa and her crew are the best! Our dogs, who refuse to let us cut their hair, are Very Good Boys for Melissa. They always come out looking So Handsome, and people still comment on their cute haircuts for many weeks after they've been there. Highly recommend!

Melissa is a godsend! Our pup is so nervous and hates nail trims. We can barely do it at home and haven’t had success at some other salons. And while she was still nervous at Melissa’s, Melissa’s patience and confidence made the appointment quick and painless. She was so accommodating to our pup’s nervousness and we successful trimmed all her nails! Highly highly recommend, especially if you have nervous pups. So worth the drive from San Francisco!
