PetSmart Grooming

They did such a great job for our corgi at a good price and had alot of ability! His hair was growing all different lengths and he was all raggedy in his bum, and petsmart grooming came to the rescue.

They really hooked me up here. I came in last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. I can tell this probably isn’t an always thing, the staff is just passionate and cool enough they tried to make it work. On top of that everyone was super professional and they got the work I needed done quickly and for a pretty good value. Hit up Robyn she did a super good job

I spent $76 on two emergency dog leashes (wife forgot to pack them) after a two hour drive from SF and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom.

Yeah we just got back from the PetSmart on Riverside and Santa Cruz and I got the worst service I've ever had in my life there after some girl claims that she's the boss refused to sell me a hamster because my hamster died that I just got there two weeks ago and I wanted to replace it we got two pygmy hamsters and one of them died and I wanted to replace it and she wouldn't sell me one oh she's all under those circumstances I can't sell you a hamster no under those circumstances I can't sell you one so I complain to the cashier leaving there could you get the boss so I could talk to them about replacing a hamster that died that I just got and he's all the other that she was she is the boss

This groomer is absolutely filthy. Visited twice, first time to make the appointment, second time to have the actual service. (Just a nail trim.) There is literally hair EVERYWHERE. Clumps on the floor, piles everywhere. Hair dust on every surface. Hair floating in the air. The first time I walked in there were 4 dogs being clipped at the same time so I thought maybe that was why, even though there were piles of different colored fur built up. When we went in for the actual appointment there were no dogs inside and it was completely empty and there were still clumps and piles from various dogs on the floor and in the corners. I had a major allergic reaction both times and I was only there for about 5 minutes. Also it smelled so bad in there, like seriously unclean and unsanitary. There was a big wet spot on the floor at check in that we unfortunately walked through when I opened the door. I had serious reservations already seeing how unclean it was but the groomers seemed very inexperienced as well. They also do not allow you to hold your dog while they do the nail trim. I have had success for years holding my dog while the groomers do the trim and buff but they do not allow this "for liability reasons". This makes no sense as my dog would have been totally amiable and able to have her nails trimmed. She was so scared (again it smells soooo bad in there) and too nervous for the groomers to handle her. She does not behave like this normally. I am far from home and can’t use my regular groomer so I thought I’d give them a try. But even if they were able to handle her on her own I would have been too nervous and grossed out to follow through. She is almost 16 and only 12 pounds so realistically this was always a horrible choice for us and thankfully we cancelled the appointment during the check in exam.
